Les chambres sont très mal insonorisées surtout quand on se trouve près de la machine à glaçons ou que les gens qui partent à 7h du matin font beaucoup de bruit…

Everything was exceptional!

Cons:

Small sideway bathroom sink. It was hard not to make a mess just washing your hands let alone brushing your teeth or attempting to shave.

Never to Hilton again. Lesson learnt.
Pros:

Only the wifi and the daily room service.

Cons:

Loud banging of the door (noises) all across the 4/5 nights; no fridge, no microwave in the room, and a very tiny sink. Thankfully, we had beds in the room.

5 star service!
Pros:

We just wrapped up a conference/multi-day meeting here at the NYLO and are super impressed with the level of service throughout the planning process and certainly with the execution. The food provided by the hotel was excellent and the service was even better. Eddie, V, Fatima and Judi (who wasn't even staffed to help us, just went above and beyond!) made sure we were well taken care of. They handled last minute requests and changes with ease. What makes great hospitality is the ability to pivot and work with the guests and this crew absolutely did so. I really appreciate how great the NYLO was for our group and will be using them for future conferences!

Pros:

Clean, friendly staff and restaurant breakfast and lunch was very good.

Cons:

Our room faced the front of the facility and we heard road noise late our first night. Pool furniture was broken and needs replaced.

Great Business Meeting
Pros:

We hosted a meeting at this hotel in April. Accommodations were wonderful, except in one of the meeting rooms the a/c wasn’t working but staff responded quickly to address. The banquet team was great, especially Vilma and Eddie, who were both so conscientious, pleasant and helpful!

Top notch staff and tremendous property
Pros:

Very nice hotel with tremendous staff. Great location with quick proximity to airport and several great options in the area. In house bar and restaurant was great too. Sandor and Deb were tremendous! Extremely personable and inviting! Also had a great local singer one evening too!
