I liked that it had a food center nearby.
That it was farther away from the venue than previously described. I didn't like that it cost me $350 to sleep on a hard bed in a concrete box. I didn't like that the shower had low water pressure or was tiny. I also didn't like that I had no refrigerator in my room or a microwave meaning I had to spend even more money on going out to eat. The shower was so slick I had to throw towels down for a foot hold. I had to makeshift a refrigerator to keep my leftover overpriced food cook so it didn't go bad.
The staff was friendly and easy to talk with. They were helpful when I had questions or just couldn't sleep & was wandering around the lobby! I liked that there were places to eat within walking distance from the hotel.My shower was great! It had plenty of room to move around, amazing pressure as well as consistent temperature!
The $50/night gratuity charge. I understand why they choose to do it & understand that whatever you don't use of it gets refunded in 7-10 business days. But when booking the room,I did not see or know about the additional charge. Another thing I had an issue with was the temperature of my room. I couldn't get my room cold enough to sleep!
Beds were comfortable and housekeeping was impeccable. The gentleman who was at the desk when we checked in on the 2nd.
Shower way too small, toilet noisy, outlet in hall wouldn’t hold a plug
I was looking for a quiet and peaceful stay and found exactly that. The property was beautiful and exactly as advertised and everything was clean and well maintained. The staff were very warm and friendly and helpful throughout. I definitely enjoyed my short time there and will be back.
Breakfast buffet was a bit disappointing. The eggs had a gelatinous texture which I found weird. It’s probably better to order à la carte.
Sandor made our anniversary night unforgettable—attentive, warm, and genuinely celebratory from start to finish. The bar at Nylo Hotel has a great vibe, but it’s the service that truly sets it apart. We felt like VIPs. Cheers!!

We have been staying at the Nylo this weekend to refresh ourselves and work. The experience has been overall positive. This morning my son and I went to the breakfast buffet and Judy with the spirit of Jesus Christ came out like a shining light she is. She really embodies what true customer service is. She was so friendly and, conversational. She went above and beyond in everything. I wish I could offer her a job right now that is how excellent she was. Chef Erika did amazing on the food and we had to give her a compliment on the food. So proud of these women and I pray the Lord continues to use these women within the Hilton Brand. Customer service is not a job it is truly a ministry.
Judi was amazing. So incredibly helpful and kind during breakfast. We were well taken care of. And Sanders from the Bar was awesome as well.
Excellent atmosphere and very good service from the bartender Sandor. I hope to return soon.
Judy is an absolute ROCKSTAR! Nothing but good ole fashioned southern hospitality. She made my entire group feel right at home . Get that lady a raise pronto!
Service was incredible. Especially Judi in the restaurant and the chef. The meals were superb. A great place that is very comfy and a good place to get work done.

Clean and enjoyable rooms minus the tiny DQ sink. Very comfortable with our own climate control.

Fantastic hotel with exceptional customer service and food! This is the second year we’ve hosted our driver banquet here and they do not disappoint. Kacey is excellent to work with and the hotel staff is amazing.
I was denied at check in.
I had a very frustrating experience with this property. I booked my stay based on the information provided, which indicated a minimum age of 18. However, when I arrived to check in, I was denied because they require guests to be 21—something that was not clearly disclosed during booking.
To make matters worse, the woman working at the front desk was very unfriendly and unhelpful when explaining the situation. There was no effort made to assist or offer any kind of solution.
As a result, I was left without a place to stay and had to find last-minute accommodations elsewhere. This could have been easily avoided if the property had provided accurate and consistent information upfront.
I would not recommend staying here unless you confirm all policies directly with the hotel in advance.
