The bed was good, pillows were good, shower was great, the AC was great.
The sink in the bathroom is too short, it’s hard to wash your face or brush your teeth without splashing or spitting on the floor.

Nay was the best bartender ever! She listened to my long stories and laughed at my dad jokes. She even took the time to make sure i actually enjoyed the weird drink i asked her to concoct! Double cup me!
If you're visiting NYLO Las Colinas, do yourself a favor and stop by the bar! Nay provided outstanding service from start to finish. She was welcoming, friendly, attentive, and made the entire experience enjoyable. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests and takes pride in what she does.
Great drinks, great conversation, and an all-around positive atmosphere. Exceptional customer service is hard to find, and Nay absolutely delivers. I'll definitely be back to see her the next time I'm in town!

We loved the industrial chic vibe of the hotel. The lobby smelled amazing! Staff was all very friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and sparkling clean. We enjoyed the stylish pool and courtyard area a lot. Very refreshing! Breakfast was delicious and upscale from a typical hotel breakfast buffet - cheese grits were the best I’ve had in a long time!

i love how close to the airport and my corporate office it was located. the vibe was so professional but welcoming which made it enjoyable. i loved my room and it’s amenities. honestly one of the cleanest hotels and not noisy at all. omg i almost forgot the service from Eva, Judi, and Sam! such amazing staff and the food at both breakfast and dinner was amazing! honestly i didn’t really need to leave the hotel during my stay.
Dewey provided exceptional service and attention to all the details. I only choose Hyatt Las Colinas because of him.
