Convenience with a catch
Pros:

The lounge was chic and close to notre dame. The staff were sweet and nice.

Cons:

Didn't have AC 2 of the 3 nights there. The area nightlife was not exactly family friendly. Had two rooms and the second room also didn't have AC the last night. Had a bedside light that was dum and was told it would be fixed but never was. The staff is young and nice but seemed handcuffed in regards to authority.

Pros:

Hote is not clean at all. Room is small. Maquette old and stincky.
Shower old
Breakfast not a lot of choice. Very expensive for what they offer.
Close to the gay area.
Only positive is a small gym not frequent in Paris.

Great Location with Room for Comfort Improvements
Pros:

The highlights of this hotel are the great location (right in the gateway to the Marais) and the staff (who greeted us with a smile each time we came and went). The hotel also has a very good breakfast offering.

However, I have to knock this hotel because of inconsistency in both water and room temperature. It was extremely frustrating to be taking a shower and to have the water go from scalding hot to icy cold in a matter of seconds. I spoke with my colleagues who stayed in the hotel and they had the same experience. Additionally, despite keeping the thermostat on the same temperature setting, I would return to the room on some days feeling like I was walking into a refrigerator (which was nice given the recent heat wave) while at other times feeling like I was walking into a sauna.

Pros:

La ubicación, el desayuno, el personal muy amable.

Cons:

Mucho ruido dentro del hotel ( escaleras, abrir y cerrar las puertas,etc). La bañera muy alta. Habitación pequeña.

Staff was excellent! Location was right where we wanted to be.

Cons:

The water temperature would vary from extremely hot to extremely cold all on its own. The swinging glass door in the tub/shower let a lot of water leak out. Breakfast options were very limited for a prepaid breakfast.

Great location in le Marais, by the river, with all sites within walking distance.
Pros:

The design, the staff, the breakfast and location were perfect for us. The staff were very friendly and welcoming

Cons:

My only negative comment is that the bedrooms are quite small and tight squeeze for my tall fiancé!
