Ligging, een leuke buurt
Zeer kleine kamer, er hing een vuile handdoek die we dan zijn gaan inwisselen. Airco werkte niet, belofte werd gedaan dat het in orde ging komen maar er werd geen actie genomen. Ook geen andere kamer mogelijk. In de lobby hoorde we nog andere gasten die problemen hadden met de airco, het is dus een groter probleem dan één kamer… Personeel is vriendelijk maar kan blijkbaar niet veel doen. Daardoor hebben we een vreselijke nacht gehad, geen oog dicht gedaan! Bij klacht geen compensatie gekregen voor de niet geleverde diensten. We ontvingen enkel een korting van 10% korting op een volgend verblijf.
We begrijpen dat er zaken misgaan maar dit probleem werd absoluut niet klantvriendelijk opgelost. Geen aanrader dus…

Die Ausstattung war modern, und das Zimmer war ganz schnuckelig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, alles war sehr sauber und das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und wir konnten super drin schlafen;das hat man ja nicht immer. Es war ein rundum schöner Urlaub und wenn wir wieder mal in Paris Urlaub machen, dann werden wir dieses Hotel wieder buchen, weil es auch noch sehr zentral liegt.

Location was perfect. Really close to a lot of the local aspects of Paris. The room was fine. A bit small and required some logistical navigation but the bed was comfortable. I would stay here again.
The room was small but it didn't change how we liked the hotel.
