Pros:

I was super impressed at the cleanliness of this place. From the lobby to our room, it was so clean and smelled nice. You don't find that at a lot of hotels. Staff was also very friendly and the breakfast had a good variety. I like that the bathroom in our room had actual hand soap dispensers instead of just bar soap.

There was not one thing I could find wrong with this place

Adequate, but WAY OVERPRICED.

The breakfast was ok and the location was convenient to our needs

Cons:

Having a king sized bed and only a chaise lounge in the room made the non-sleeping time very uncomfortable. Maybe a loveseat replacement for the chaise lounge would make seating a bit more comfortable. A chaise lounge is only comfortable accommodation for a single person.
The pool had sediment accumulated on the bottom. With two bottom drains, it's a simple thing to brush the sediment into them on a regular basis.
The exterior door, by the pool, would not permit entrance during certain hours.

We had a wonderful suite and enjoyed every moment of our stay!
Pros:

We were in town for a race in Opp, AL. The suite was spacious and clean. The front desk personnel we're engaging and friendly. We will be staying here again!

Cons:

I cannot think of one thing that we were disappointed with while we stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Andalusia. We truly had a wonderful experience and we will be back.
