Pros:

The staff here was so nice and helpful! The room was fine but the hotel needs some updating. Our TVs didn't work, and the mattresses in our room needed to be replaced. It was fine for one night, but the hotel needs a bit of a face lift!

Lack of attention to detail on checkin
Pros:

When we arrived we found out they gave our suite to someone else with a similar name and did not have another of the same suite. We ended up having to go next door to get 2 separate rooms instead of a suite for the family. This added unnecessary strain for our family with 3 small children as we had to the split up between non-connected rooms.

When the front desk checks ID they should make sure the name on the ID matches the reservation to avoid this issue.

First of all, Yanni, the receptionist is a beautiful person inside and outside. She was so nice to us. The other hotel staffs are nice too!

I like the serene environment. The hotel is clean and neat. The breakfast was nice!

Great stay!! The property is a little worn but the wonderful breakfast and kind staff make up for it. Lots of places to eat within walking distance. Nice outside area to relax in the evenings by the pool

Reservation since the hotel cancelled my reservation with hotels.com through afterpay. I am beyond disappointed since my husband went to their site and was able to book with them immediately for of course a higher rate. I’m disgusted actually

Pros:

Desk staff in were wonderful. Easy check in staff was very professional and helpful. We met up with friends in the lounge and the desk clerk would check on us periodically to ensure our comfort. As stated, she was wonderful.

Pros:

Housekeeping left my door wide open and room unattended for possibly hours with all my belongings unsecured. Never changed my linens. Front desk seemed disinterested when I told them my room door was left wide open

Staff are friendly and helpful. Property is pretty clean. Pond out front is relaxing. Close to Starbucks, 7brew, Smoothie King, Costco, Sam’s club, and many restaurants. Texas Roadhouse, Jersey mikes, Starbucks and other restaurants in walking distance.
