The lady at the front desk was amazing. After 3 attempts to get a clean room, she went above to get us one .

Nothing. Had truckers that took up 3/4 parking spots

Great place for a short stay
Pros:

Everything was good. Room was clean and had minimal wear. We ended up with a room close to the stairwell, so we had to listen to people slamming the stairwell door late at night and early in the morning, but the beds were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good and the kids loved the pancake machine.

Cons:

Doors all need some padded weatherstripping or something. They seem louder here than any other place I have stayed.

Pros:

It was quiet and the staff was great. The only thing we didn’t like was not being able to get out of the parking lot through the back of the parking lot. Otherwise it’s one way to get out. And the traffic patterns are confusing to me. There’s nothing the hotel could do about it but that’s what I would improve on if I owned it.

It was good, but again the elevator being out was very unfortunate.
Pros:

The lady at the front desk was wonderful. Very helpful and kind.

Cons:

The elevator was broken. I had quite a few things to haul up the stairs and I was by myself. Had to make a few trips up. I would have taken the cart. That was a big bummer.
