Best stay we have had in many years. Of course this is a new hotel but everything about it was comfortable, relaxing, good atmosphere. The room was very nice, comfortable beds, washrooms and great decor. Great check-in experience and a decent hotel breakfast with gluten free items that impressed us. Very clean serving, dining areas. We will definitely return here for our grandson’s hockey games and other events. Thank you Hampton Inn and Suites for a relaxing, comfortable stay!

Terrible Customer Service - Stay AWAY

Can I leave a zero star review? I booked a room to stay at for a wedding, I unfortunately can no longer attend said wedding. I've have been calling for weeks trying to tell them I am unable to attend and would no longer need the room. I kept getting the runaround that nobody can help me, the person I need to speak with isn't in, etc. I paid for the room, $189. I understand hotel policy, however, I have been trying to give them plenty of notice about said situation. I finally got through today, and was told I will be charged for the room again, so $400 later, I am penalized for trying to give them notice for over a period of weeks trying to give them notice. I am not in the position to afford this fee when I've been trying to contact them to attempt to avoid this situation, and possibly this review. Customer service is definitely a weak spot on their end.

The room was very nice and comfortable but the problem is the elevator. Please ask for a different room if you get a room next to the elevator or you will be awake every time they move with loud banging going on. I believe all the rooms will end in 04. Told the front desk and answered a text and nothing happened. Bring ear plugs if you are unfortunate enough to get one of these rooms.

Very friendly. Nice beds. The breakfast should have two people staffing it, as many people came at same time and we ran out of many things for a time. Good price and convenient location.

I arrived with a reservation for 2 rooms. 3pm is check-in, however, I was told only one room was ready. After 45 minutes I was told I could either take the second room far away from the first, or wait longer. My second room was available at 4:30. An hour and a half after check-in time. I was not offered any reimbursement for this or offered a late checkout.

A dog was barking throughout the night in a room near mine. I was told they wouldn’t be able to move the barking dog to another room away from me because there was no other rooms available. The parking lot wasn’t even half full and the lobby the next morning had barely anyone for breakfast. They had more rooms. (My first night, the parking and lobby were at least twice as full, so this was a blatant lie)

I was basically told too bad about these inconveniences. Doesn’t seem fair to me that I paid same as other people who got their rooms on time and didn’t have to listen to a barking dog at 11:20pm, 1am and 1:40am

I won’t stay at a Hilton again. Not impressed.
