Ein Mega stylisches Hotel, top modern , große bestens eingerichtete Appartments, Mega Eingangshalle man könnte sich richtig gut vorstellen, wie hier viele Gäste aus allen Nationen zusammen sitzen , super Tiefgarage -hell und große Stellplätze ,aber…siehe negatives

Man spricht NUR Englisch
Unser Code war nicht in der WhatsApp obwohl wir uns eingecheckt hatten - es dauerte fast eine Stunde bis wir nach mehr als drei Telefonversuchen unseren Code von der Notfallnummer erhielten.
Dann hat es noch mehrere Tage gedauert bis die Rechnung endlich per Email gesendet wurde
Wir hatten drei Zimmer gebucht

Ein Frühstück das sehr zu wünschen übrig lässt - nur Toast - 1Sorte Wurst eine Sorte Käse - alles von niederer Qualität - Tomate und Gurke das einzig gesunde - jedoch auch billigst - kein schwarzer Tee im Haus und die Kaffeemaschine reinigte sich zur Frühstückszeit 20 Minuten

Pedir uma fatura é um processo SUPER complicado. O sistema devia de automaticamente enviar a fatura assim que se faz check out mas nao tenho de pedir e pedir e pedir e demora eternamente.

Gutes Hotel für die Arbeit und um Basel zu erkunden
Pros:

Einfacher check-in und einfacher Kommunikation per WhatsApp mit einer Ansprechsperson. Grosses Zimmer, Geschirr und Wasserkocher.

Cons:

Hatte ein Zimmer zur Strasse raus und die war doch schon recht laut.

The check in process via Whatsapp worked well, though it didn't feel safe, I need to admit.
Getting into the building and room was easy. Room was nicely designed and had a fully equipped kitchenette with fridge and oven. Also had a Nespresso machine. Bathroom was large. Shopping mall and an American burger place right next door. Two bus lines immediately in front of the building, tram in 300m. Basel Card sent by email a day before arriving

Cons:

No desk and no office chair in the room. In the Public area in the lobby there are some tables you could work on.

Only two Nespresso capsules for two days.

La colazione è abbastanza scarsa, ci sono solo le uova sode e un tipo di salumi. Potrebbero fare di piu' visto il costo di 22 euro. Il personale della colazione è molto educato.
