Abbiamo prenotato la colazione ma la mattina abbiamo notato che il servizio era chiuso: la struttura non ci ha neanche rimborsati nonostante la richiesta.
Il check-in non ha funzionato e ci hanno dovuto mandare un link apposito.
Dopo le 23:00 non c'è alcun supporto (in caso di urgenza dovete arrangiarvi).
Mai visto, in anni di viaggi, una struttura così scarsa.

Zimmer mit vielen Hinternissen

Die Lage Bushaltestelle vorm Haus

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind etwas für jüngere Leute da das Bett auf einem Podest ist und nur von einer Seite zugänglich.
Die Kommunikation findet über WhatsApp statt und ist auf Englisch und mit Links versehen ( warum nicht über Booking und mit genauer Beschreibung eventuell mit Bildern). Am Anreisetag erhielten wir aktualisierte Zugangsdaten. Diese konnten wir aber bei Ankunft in Basel nicht abrufen da wir kein Rooming in der Schweiz haben. Um zu unserem Zimmer und zu unserem vorher angemieteten Parkplatz zu kommen haben wir telefonisch mit ihrem Service (in London)gesprochen. Wir sind in der Deutschsprachigen Schweiz und müssen auf Englisch kommunizieren (schlecht). Im Voyer gibt es keine Ansprechperson, wenn wir nicht einen Gast dort angetroffen hätten der die gleichen Probleme hatte würden wir vielleicht jetzt noch dort stehen. Mit seiner Hilfe haben wir den Parkplatz gefunden und konnten unser Zimmer beziehen.
Das Zimmer hatten wir für zwei Personen gebucht im Bett war nur eine Zudecke. Eine zweite Zudecke muss man sich selber im 1.Stock im Selfservice holen. Das Zimmer hat zwar eine toll eingerichtet Küche aber zum Essen gibt es keinen richtigen Essplatz. Der Schreibtisch ist unpraktisch und der Fernseher hängt einem vor der Nase (nicht gut eingerichtet).

Pros:

Das Zimmer war sauber. Das Hotel ist gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar.

Cons:

Zu viele Emails im Vorfeld. Wir wussten nicht,dass es gar kein Personal vor Ort gibt. Vor dem Fenster eine stark befahrene Straße,viel Verkehrslärm. Im Bad roch es jeden Abend nach Gulli u das zog dann ins Zimmer rein....ohne Lüften ging gar nichts. Es gab einen Herd,aber keine Töpfe.

Limpio, espacioso y con todo lo necesario. La cocina está muy bien ocupada, con horno y lavavajillas. Con microondas ya sería perfecto.

Guter Ablauf bei den Online Prozessen, Appartement sauber und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Gute Lage nahe einer Tram Haltestelle und eines Einkaufszentrums. Parkhaus mit großen Parkplätzen.

Cons:

Bei Terminverschiebung aufwändig, um an die bereits bezahlten Gebühren zu kommen.
