Based myself here for 2 days whilst visiting customers. Overall very satisfied with the accomodation
Pros:

Wasnt expecting a lot from a motorway services hotel but was pleasantly surprised by how good it was. Bed was comfortable, room was well appointed and clean.

Cons:

You can hear constant traffic noise being so close to a motorway. It was a constant hum in the background but all night but not overly loud or unpleasant. There wasnt anything not to like about the place other than that.

Very good for a convenient short stay.
Pros:

Good location with plenty of free parking, the room was clean and warm, the en-suite had a large walk in shower.

Good location. Good value breakfast when booked in advance. Accessible room needs better lighting.

Cons:

When I have previously visited this Days Inn the heater hasn't been working. Could a checker of the heaters be routine at the hotel? This stay the heater was OK

Booking in staff, really pleasant and welcoming. Room especially shower area , wonderful.
Pros:

As I need a crutch to walk, self service was a bit tricky.Requiring several trips to and from my table.
Coffee machine wasn't working, resulting in queuing.
I asked for water ( jug was empty) assumed it would come to table. After about 10 mins it appeared on servery. Yet another trip! Breakfast cold by then and I was knackered. Table was furthest from servery.
However. I appreciate it was New Years Day and maybe duty staff had drawn the short straw.

Oops. Just done that bit.!
