Convenient location. Always good service and breakfast.
Pros:

Spacious room. Nice size en-suite. Good breakfast. Staff always friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Now charged for parking on site. £8 per night. This would not put us off but was not obvious on booking.

Shambolic.
Pros:

The rooms were clean, location was good.

Cons:

On check-in I was not given full information about the cost of breakfast and misinformation about the fee for parking. When supposedly rectifying an overcharge, the member of staff instead charged me AGAIN. At this moment I'm waiting for the credit to appear on my credit card . Incompetent and a shambles. More staff training is clearly required.

Pros:

Location was perfect as a stop over and as it’s in the Services there was electric car charging and food. We popped into Wetherby for dinner which was a 5 minute drive and a lovely little town

It’s quite basic but great value

A clean spacious room with a good shower and plenty of hot water. Good value and friendly welcome.

Would not recommend anyone to stay there
Pros:

Room was very stuffy, could not leave the window open because of loudness from the A1 right beside.

Cons:

Not possible to get a taxi into town from the local list of taxis provided by the reception team
