It smells bad
Room was very comfortable - Great location, close to everything and quiet. Kroger right next door and a great coffee shop too. Ken at the desk was awesome - helped with anything we needed. Great customer service from him!
Breakfast was not great - but did have options. Pool area/pool needed cleaning. Hallways needed to be vacuumed.
The floor/carpet in our room was never vacuumed when we checked in.
It was only 10-15 mins from Dollywood and very close to restaurants and museums/other attractions. The price per night wasn’t terrible for the area. The body wash smelled amazing.
The water had an odd smell at first, but I think that might have been because the room hadn’t been used in a while possibly?

Thr rooms were filthy...i mean super dirty and they wouldn't give us a new room. The wifi barely connects, our phone in our room didn't work, the floor was disgusting, and the staff are VERY RUDE
The location was perfect.
The smell of the carpets. Needs to be deep cleaned or replaced.
The location and the price.
The cleanliness wasn’t the best. There was several hairs in the shower. There was mold in the shower. Also the sink wasn’t super clean either.
Just wanted to mention this so it could be brought to attention. I will stay here again. Hopefully that will be better because I did like the location and the price.

Hair conditioner and body lotion were empty. Toilet seat was loose and sliding around.

Convenient location.
Indoor pool was cloudy. There was spit paper balls on window behind curtain. Ice machine on 3rd floor was out of order.
The Lobby was so inviting and cutely decorated. The room was roomy and we loved the balcony. It was so nice to open the balcony door and enjoy the crisp morning air.
The only negative thing was the desk top was wobbly and we had to make sure not to put anything heavy on it because it would tilt down on the front. But this wasn’t really a problem we were just mindful of it.
Location was okay
The beds were very uncomfortable and room lighting was dark. Breakfast had no meat and biscuits were not good at all.
This location is my go to every time unless it's full of course. The staff is always pleasant and helpful as much as possible the ambiance is very welcoming!!
The minor things I "didn't" like were , the wifi was very slow at times I know when everyone is on it it will tend to bog down some but I will say maybe upgrade to accommodate. Also would like to see a couple updates and minor fixes. Like hallway caret cleaning , fix/ clean fixtures that may not work right . I know over time things wear down.. but just a better up keep.. don't get me wrong even as is it's a very pleasant place.
The decorations for Fall/ Halloween made it feel very homey to walk into. Staff was friendly. The beds were pretty comfy and the shower temp did not disappoint. The room was VERY spacious.
There was an odd smell in the hallways and also when you first opened the door to the room. The elevators were pretty slow.
