We were pleased with the size of the room and the low price of the room.
Pros:

The hotel was clean, and it even exceeded our expectations. The price was very good, possibly because it was "low season." We will consider this hotel for next time we go to Pigeon Forge.

Cons:

I can't think of anything we didn't like.

The wife and I decided to do a last minute trip down here just on a whim, very nice place looks nice the rooms look nice but there's only one issue that's why I gave it three stars instead of four or five is because guess what our first bedroom that we had had roaches in it. And I don't know who was the night clerk but he just blew it off like oh it happens all the time like it was no big deal no offer for a discount no offer for a refund no nothing just you know it happens all the time kind of attitude. Now the daytime staff his name was Daniel was top-notch A1 superb service dealt with him from the time we left Ohio until the time we got down here and checked in The dude helped us out helped us find out where this place was one point we got lost and he told us where to go and we got it. And then there was a female this morning named Amanda who is also phenomenal and an awesome employee. But the employee that worked the night shift forget about it, like I said roaches in my bedroom I haven't brought the roach down to him I brought one of the roaches down to him and he just blew it off like oh happens all the time so I will be calling corporate I mean I should have at least gotten a refund or a discount for the second night that we stayed cuz we ended up staying another night since they put us in a different room so far so good there's been no roaches in this room but who knows how long that'll last but if you want a good price this is definitely a good place to stay and you know it is a 4.1 rating so they do have awesome customer service except for the idiot that worked last night.

If you just want a place to sleep it’s ok , if you need WiFi or breakfast don’t stay here

Location and cleanliness was good

Cons:

There breakfast is not continental, no meat or fruit, had waffles,cereal, coffee,and bread nothing healthy or for diabetics to eat . There wi fi was terrible didn’t work in our room had to go to lobby to use .

Nice hotel but could be a little cleaner.
Pros:

I like that the property is close to everything and that there is a light to get out on the main road. The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were nice size with comfortable beds and pillows.

Cons:

I feel our room could have been cleaner. There were a bunch of dead bugs on the ac unit. I know they are there because of the lights from the balcony but I feel they should have been cleaned up before new people came in. There were crumbs in the red chair some small ones and several big ones and there was hair in the shower floor. The shower is set up very weird. There’s half panel of glass that doesn’t move and when you’re showering water gets on the floor and the shelf to set the towels on is hard to reach due to the glass. The bathroom was VERY small. You had to go into the bathroom all the way to be able to shut the door. I wasn’t a fan of the bedding it was basically multiple sheets on the bed. The pool and hot tub are nice but it’s so dark in there. I like to be able to see my kids better while swimming.

Good Location. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

The front desk clerk was so rude at check in and every other time you saw her. The floor outside our room was never vacuumed same footprint on carpet all weekend. Our room wasn't either. Outlets in wall were messed up. Killed a cockroach in the bathroom and stink bug over the bed. Definitely needs pest control and good cleaning
