Pros:

Everything except the pool and the game room was so humid you could not breath and the smell was beyond horrid could not use either area unfortunately after being the only reason booking with this hotel

Great customer service, location, and rooms
Pros:

My son and I stayed here a few years ago and yesterday I made a reservation by phone for him and a couple of friends to stay for a last minute trip. Customer service was excellent both for me making the reservation and my son checking in. After check-in there was a problem with the door lock in the room they were assigned and it was resolved immediately. it was a great first experience for them staying in a hotel on their own and also for me knowing they were safe and in a good location.

Cons:

Bed was uncomfortable. Dogs were barking after 12am. Had a German cockroach crawling on the wall. Phone didn’t get much signal.
