Location
When we arrived to the Park Grove Inn at 11:30 Pm after a 12 hour drive . Our room had wallpaper hanging off the wall with MOLD on it and on the wall. I reported it immediately. Asked to be moved to a different room. The host that was working the desk stated that he needed to call his boss and his boss told him that we would have to wait until the morning.. I also told the host that my son that was staying in the room had asthma was very allergic to mold and he told me there was nothing that he could do but they would move us the next day once a room become available. This is unsafe conditions in which someone to stay in. I emailed the manager of the hotel the next day and he did move us to a different room and apologize for the room condition. He also stated that he was going to refund our first night stay through Booking.com. The manager also stated that he was taking that room out of commission and getting things repaired.
Friendly staff. House keeping was Friendly Regina and Jerry always made sure your room was clean.

Location was good and property has easy access. Parking is well lighted. Rates were also good for the weekend.
Crumbs in the floor in front of refrigerator and toothpaste on the bathroom sink from previous guest. . Also didn't care much for the shower, water pressure was low and no tub just a stand up shower with half a shower door that allows water to get on the tile floor that becomes slippery.
Pools were both very warm! Location was great. Staff was great.
The indoor pool was merky and very badly lit. The outside pool had chunks of hair floating in it. The breakfast was odd. You had to heat all your own stuff and no meat options.
We have stayed there several times everything is fantastic the hotel is clean the staff is friendly it almost feels like coming home with this group of people they have done a great job and personality wise staffing all of it absolutely wonderful
