Everything, staff was amazing very friendly and extremely helpful and accommodating to all of our needs. We make a trip to pigeon forge tn once a year for the last 25 + years and never stayed or even thought about staying in the same place again until this year. We recently discussed booking here again next year. Handicapped accessories were fantastic with wheelchair rolling access to shower (per request. The night shift clerk was amazing and extremely friendly as we 10 out of 10 plus the location was perfect.

Cons:

The only issue I had was when ppl would take our handicap parking space, but over was perfect. One more thing that could be improved is a liner. Could be placed in the showers that have curtains just to prevent water from seeping through the fabric, curds and soaking the entire floor this will also help prevent any damaging to the walls or the floor area. Prolonging the life of The bathrooms.

Over all 2 thumbs up , will stay again . I would say a 8.5 out of 10
Pros:

Met and greeted immediately at check-in . I pre checked in so it was very fast . Asked and given clean sheets for the pullout bed ,although there were sheets available in the room front desk said occasionally they will not be in the room . Room was nice , clean , king bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good but way too many carbs for me . No meat available on the morning we ate.

Cons:

Bathroom door did not lock , plus the shower glass needed to be a little longer . Water went onto the floor while showering . Breakfast was good , many options but needed at lest one meat selection bacon,sausage or ham would had been nice .
