Caution - Grant at the front desk entered my room (single female) under what he claimed was “policy.” Front desk manager Amy stood there, blank look in her eyes and mouth half open, as I tried to explain the issue, which was not only ignored but was laughed about with other guests. Very unprofessional and could easily determine that the management’s ‘concern over keeping their role’ pulled rank over ‘keeping a customer safe’. Hoping it’s just a result of untrained management and employees - however; buyer beware! Would not recommend booking as a solo female. This review was in Jan 2026.
Having driven 430 miles from Medora to Bozeman we arrived tired at the hotel, but even in our weary state we noticed immediately that this was a very smart comfortable attractive hotel and most suitable for our stay. The room and facilities was just as nice and we had a good night's sleep before enjoying an excellent breakfast this next morning. The staff were friendly and attentive and our one night stay was just perfect.
We found what appeared to be bed bug stains on the sheets and reported it to the GM. We were told the room would be inspected and that we’d receive an update, but no one ever followed up. When we called back, we were told the issue must have come from a previous hotel stay, which was not the case—we stayed with family and only booked this hotel before flying out of Bozeman. Instead of taking the concern seriously, the responsibility was shifted onto us. After this experience, we spoke with family members who mentioned they had stayed here a couple of years ago and encountered bed bugs as well. The lack of accountability and poor communication were extremely disappointing.

Would recommend the hotel
I brought my little dog and we were very comfortable. Breakfast was nice, staff was really friendly and parking convenient. Also the WiFi was good enough to stream the football game on my iPad.

The fireplace was nice to huddle around in the eving and night. Our suite was very homely and we enjoyed our stay. The continental breakfast was good. Thank you for a good stay.

We stayed at this hotel two separate nights at the beginning and the end of our trip to Glacier National Park. It is conveniently located just off of I-90. Bozeman is not a big city, so the hotel was located not far from restaurants and the downtown area. Our room was spotless. There was very little sign, if any, of wear. We stayed in a studio room, rather than a suite room. The studio rooms have a more open layout and have a walk-in shower, whereas the suite rooms have a tub shower and the bedroom is a separate room with a door. The hotel staff were very accommodating. The breakfast was satisfactory. We would definitely stay here again.

We exclusively stay with the Hilton brand and after this experience and complete lack of customer service we will be switching to another hotel chain. First, it was clean and the typical Homewood presentation. However, breakfast was sparse and didn’t have basics like yogurt etc. our biggest issue came when the airport shuttle was 45 minutes late despite our reservation the night before. We were told several times that the Hampton was going to send their shuttle quickly. It’s the same shuttle! We waited 45 min and nearly missed our flight. With young kids and as a family of 4 with luggage uber was not a realistic option. We voiced our concerns which was “passed to the supervisor and we would hear back in a few days”. After nearly a week we called, left messages, contacted Hilton directly who merely reached out to that site. The manager Amy finally got back to us, promised a future stay and apologized. The night was never received. After 2 weeks we made contact again and was told yes the night will be given and they would give us $150 back bc of our troubles. Neither was received after a month. McDonald’s and Walmart has better customer service than Hilton!
