Bien pero pueden mejorar
Pros:

Ubicación y limpieza , cama muy cómoda

Cons:

El baño del cuarto está algo viejo y necesita mantenimiento , el buffet’s de desayuno ya después de las 11 está las sobras y no ponen comida más comida que no tenga tanto tiempo ahí.

Tienen restaurante y servicio a la habitación 24/7

Cons:

Pero un hotel de ese tipo debían tener un servicio básico de cafetería en las habitaciones como lo hayan muchos otros hoteles de menor categoría
Mismo caso con el champú de cortesía, no hay disponible

Been staying here sinve new and quality service has been on steep decline.
Pros:

The quality if the administrative staff , not what I come to expect al Lucerna . Additionally I am an early riser and like cup coffee , not available at 5:30 am .
