Been staying here sinve new and quality service has been on steep decline.
Pros:

The quality if the administrative staff , not what I come to expect al Lucerna . Additionally I am an early riser and like cup coffee , not available at 5:30 am .

The employees are nice, slow and can’t really help, but nice

Cons:

WIFI unusable, found little balls of chewing gum in the shower, my Machaca breakfast was horrible, checkin super slow.

Great hotel and a most accommodating staff.
Pros:

The hotel is our favorite place to stay in Hermosillo, but this time it was even better. We had been upgraded without having asked for it. Was a delightful surprise.
