Being a lifetime Diamond member, I feel more than qualified to leave a review. First, the pros: digital check-in, very easy and convenient. Exterior of hotel very modern and updated. At entry, I could tell there was a fairly recent remodel based on the age of the property. Hallways were updated and clean. Upon my entry into my room, I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the room was. It was clean, modern and comfortable. Obviously, the remodel was nicely done. Fitness Center large and well equipped with modern equipment. Pool area: did not use but it looked very nice. Breakfast was well appointed and spacious. Location: very close to dining, shopping, etc.. Now, the cons. Went to the front desk with my luggage cart to get my 2 free waters. Front Desk agent would not acknowledge my presence until I cleared my throat. Face was buried looking at her phone on the desk. Told her I had done digital check-in and got my waters. Went to my room and the door slammed shut. I should have checked out then. As the night went on, the noise of slamming doors was prevalent throughout the evening. Why on earth would any hotel want their guest room doors to slam shut? Since the doors to the fitness center and the ice machine room closed whisper quiet, then it’s possible to fine tune the doors to the guest rooms. After a very noisy night, I was greeted with a tag under my windshield wiper, that informed me I did not have a parking pass. Why the desk attendant didn’t mention that when I asked for my water is a mystery. Poor customer service and the slamming doors really negate a potentially top notch hotel.

Need to better coordinate room maintenance
Pros:

Located nearby businesses of relevance to my trip.

Cons:

They are cleaning carpets and upholstery in select rooms while customers are staying. The carpet in my room was very wet, unpleasant to stay there.

Es la segunda vez que me quedé en este hotel es lo mejor de lo mejor,llegué temprano como medio día estaba tan cansada y me dieron una habitación antes del check in. El personal, la ubicación,la limpieza todos estuvieron excelente.

Above & beyond thanks Surj
Pros:

A hotel nearby where we had reserved 3 rooms cancelled our reservations after 2 am due to our flights being delayed, leaving us stranded at 3 am without any help. We walked over asking Hampton Inn if they had 3 rooms available for a really early check in (12 hours before the regular check in) Surj went above & beyond to find us a solution. In the end Surj worked his magic & made it happen, we were able to check in 12 hours early and saved the day! Thank you Surj! Please give Surj a bonus or raise, he deserves it!

Pros:

My stay was amazing, this is my second stay here and the staff, hotel and amenities are amazing. I thought I may have left some articles of clothing in the room I was in last, so I stopped by the front desk on my out. Yolanda assisted me with my check out and I asked if they keep items left in the room and she said yes up to three months. She found the room I stayed in and checked and to my surprise she found my clothes. I’m so grateful, I want to say Thank You to Yolanda and the housekeeping staff.
