Very clean and the staff was very professional
Everything was great
Location was good and breakfast was alright with different options in my 3 days there
Booked a suite thinking that it would be a nicer room for 3 of us but was surprised to see that it was just like any basic room with so much empty useless space. Bathroom was small, TV was in a corner, there was no safe. And, there is $10 a day parking charge.
Convenient and staff were very considerate.
Room was empty and not very luxurious for being a suite.
Carpet was damp and tacky!
I did not like the fact of when I showed up.I was told there was a charge, the park my car in the parking lot. Nothing on the website said it when I was booking. I would have booked a different place. I do not appreciate the nickel and diming just so I can park my car. How else do you think someone is getting to your hotel?\n I felt blindsided. And stuck.\n If you need the money, just charge a little bit more for the room and stop the nickel and diming bullshit.
The location was fantastic. Very quiet. Probably popular for business trips since it was close to a business-park type area. We called to request early check-in and they were able to accommodate us. Which made our stay amazing. Staff was incredibly friendly, especially Yolanda at the front desk. The room was clean, the parking lot seemed secure, the bathroom was spacious. The bed was comfy and I very much appreciated having an extra blanket available.
The water pressure wasn't as strong as I would have desired. I am cold natured and struggled to get the temperature in the shower hot enough to make my goosebumps go away.

Im an active Diamond member with Hilton have been for many years. When I booked this property it was after a long weekend of work and I presumed that it was close to the Fort Lauderdale airport. It wasn't until I checked in that the front desk manager said that we were 30 mins away. I was surprised but had already swiped my card. I went up to the room and spoke with my nieces and we determined that with our early 5am flight this location would be inconvenient. I called the front desk and asked immediately if we could move to a different property being that we had literally just checked in and didn't use the room at all. The lady was rude and extremely unhelpful and not understanding. The complete opposite of what hospitality truly means. it's your job to work with people be hospitable and make it right. Im extremely upset especially being that I spend thousands of dollars a year on Hilton properties for me and my staff. Hospitality goes a long way and she could've simply been kind, but has instead ruined my stay. I wouldn't recommend staying here!

Wanted to share with anyone interested in staying at this Hampton Inn at Ft Lauderdale/Miramar that the staff and facilities are first rate. Rooms are always clean and comfortable and the staff is the best around. Clara and the kitchen staff are so kind and gracious. Yolanda and Jasmine and Andru has been especially helpful in making accommodations for my sometimes changing schedule. The GM Debbie is amazing as well. Highly recommend staying here. They really make you feel like family

Location and clean
Being a lifetime Diamond member, I feel more than qualified to leave a review. First, the pros: digital check-in, very easy and convenient. Exterior of hotel very modern and updated. At entry, I could tell there was a fairly recent remodel based on the age of the property. Hallways were updated and clean. Upon my entry into my room, I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the room was. It was clean, modern and comfortable. Obviously, the remodel was nicely done. Fitness Center large and well equipped with modern equipment. Pool area: did not use but it looked very nice. Breakfast was well appointed and spacious. Location: very close to dining, shopping, etc.. Now, the cons. Went to the front desk with my luggage cart to get my 2 free waters. Front Desk agent would not acknowledge my presence until I cleared my throat. Face was buried looking at her phone on the desk. Told her I had done digital check-in and got my waters. Went to my room and the door slammed shut. I should have checked out then. As the night went on, the noise of slamming doors was prevalent throughout the evening. Why on earth would any hotel want their guest room doors to slam shut? Since the doors to the fitness center and the ice machine room closed whisper quiet, then it’s possible to fine tune the doors to the guest rooms. After a very noisy night, I was greeted with a tag under my windshield wiper, that informed me I did not have a parking pass. Why the desk attendant didn’t mention that when I asked for my water is a mystery. Poor customer service and the slamming doors really negate a potentially top notch hotel.
