Super stay for the F1 race
Pros:

My family of three spent five nights here as we went to the Miami Grand Prix and toured Miami. It was a terrific stay. The place was clean and modern, the room was incredibly spacious and the breakfast offering was decent. Better yet, the area has plenty around it - and was just 15 minutes from our Grand Prix parking lot. Yes, the daily parking fee is a little annoying in a suburban environment (and I’d rather just pay slightly more for the room) - but still a great stay.

Pros:

Its location. Breakfast was decent, although no expreso available.

Cons:

The AC was a bit noisy. The bathroom door frame was rusted and the shower curtain did not covered the span of the shower properly. Also, safe box in the room.

Old and musty, wouldn’t stay again
Pros:

The location, breakfast was ok but could be better.

Cons:

It’s old and outdated with a loud AC unit, musty smell in the room and doesn’t have the usual hotel comforts. Tap in the sink was broken and we had to ask for towels because we didn’t have enough. For the price we were changed it should be renovated.

Al momento de realizar la reserva, se indicaba “Estudio entero: Dormitorio 1: 1 cama doble grande y Dormitorio 2: 1 cama doble grande”. Sin embargo, al llegar al alojamiento, se evidenció que no se trataba de dos dormitorios independientes, sino de un solo estudio con dos camas ubicadas en el mismo espacio, separadas únicamente por un nochero.

Al consultar esta situación, el establecimiento informó que se trataba de un error en la plataforma de Booking, ya que previamente habían notificado que no cuentan con estudios de dos habitaciones, sino con un único espacio con dos camas.

Adicionalmente, el parqueadero tenía un costo de 10 USD por día, información que no fue mencionada en ningún momento durante el proceso de reserva.
