According to government’s request, all guests must hold their own valid identity certificate for check-in.

Without the valid identity certificate, guests must hold the “Hotel Accommodations Proof” issued by local public security bureau. Babies must hold their residence booklets. Visitors must register at the concierge with their valid identity certificate.

舊式飯店，一張商務桌和商務椅，浴缸陳舊，設計乏善可陳。打掃的蠻乾淨。住的是18樓海景房但窗戶髒的看不到海景。

早餐豐盛很喜歡。 3F新南軒港點餐廳出乎意料的美味，服務也好。 感謝房務主管耿紅艷的可愛毛巾小動物令人驚喜和18樓清潔人員黃小姐的溫馨關懷，很高興認識妳們。 門口幫忙打車的服務人員，感謝這幾天的協助。

入住時負責登記的櫃檯女士態度冷漠。我是遊客，支付的是現金，冷冷的告訴我押金一晚通常是$700, 飯店都是這樣的，而且我住3晚還要押更多，說的好像我每晚都會破壞一些房內的物件似的。最後收我押金$1200。 我之前住過上海，北京，深圳，前兩天住過鷺江賓館，都沒收押金。我人還住在這呢，難道會偷喝依雲礦泉水，打破燈泡，溜出飯店不告而別。對旅人來說內心很受傷，侮辱性極強。最後退房趕飛機時還要我等15-20分鐘，檢查房間。所以這是什麼待客之道？？？

早餐雖很多樣，但味道很一般，似乎與其它方面不匹配。
臨走要退房離開前，趕著搭高鐵時竟然進不去房間拿取行李，因為房門電池沒電，搞了許久差點趕不上高鐵時刻。
