B&B HOTEL Ipswich

Hotel is ok if staying on a short visit. My room overlooked the main road so room was quite noisy.
Check-in was nice and speedy though. Room clean/tidy.

Brand new chain of hotels in the UK hotel was also new. Breakfast was really good, staff friendly and helpful.

Very good. Has everything except for just a Fridge in the room.

Booked at last minute but so much better than we first thought, rooms were immaculate, clean and with perfect air conditioning. Managed to get a parking space but it’s worth noting the car park is small and £10 a night. Booking breakfast in advance was worth it and good range of options, only criticism would be the orange juice was not actual orange juice but a very minor point.
Would definitely recommend.

The place itself is very nice, but didnt quite hit the mark. The room was clean, but the bed was very hard.
1 toilet roll for 2 night stay, and asked for that never materialised. Asked for a hair dryer, same thing, nothing appeared. Had to ask for extra pillows. They arrived, but would.advise if tou stay here to bring your own, as the hotel.ones arent brilliant.
We ate ther, and the food was good, if not quite expensive for what it is.
If we really needed a hotel to stay in at ipswich then we would use again if there were no other options.

A very nice clean and recently refurbished hotel, I didn't use the bar or restaurant facilities, but the area looked nice and welcoming. One complaint I would have is the car parking, there are only about 15 bays on site, they claim they have an overflow car park, but this is simply a public pay and display which is about a 10 minute walk away,

Friendly staff, comfortable room and bed, quiet. Convenient for the railway station, but also cheap car park nearby(£5 for 24 hours). Plus, breakfast and supper are avaiable within the hotel.

Very conveniently placed hotel 5 mins walk from Railway station, If i was staying here again i would ask for a room away from the main entrance, people coming outside to smoke were noisy after midnight ! Nice staff on arrival and a good breakfast with lots of choice

A great stay at my usual stop in Ipswich. Staff are always helpful and the accomodation is comfortable and clean. Recommended to anyone visiting Ipswich.

Another stay in this hotel. First time after the rebrand, but still the same friendly team and great rooms.Great location near the station.

Very nice, modern decor. Super comfy beds. Great breakfast and conveniently situated for train station with shops and restaurants fairly close. We walked to a lovely Turkish restaurant but hotel food looked good too. Would go back.

Was a great location for walking to Portman Road. Nice big rooms with great air con. Was able to park but spaces are very limited. Alternate parking is available off site. Would recommend.

more than expected for price paid , brilliant staff and cleanliness of hotel in general food was amazing ( breakfast and evening meals which we had ), only issue we found was could do with more than one pillow each and if you have a stay of more than a couple of nights like we did then tea and coffee in rooms could be replenished each day rather than us having to pop to the receptionist each time to get a teabag and a milk carton

Location close to the train station and Portman Road. Walking distance too to the centre of town. Very comfortable bed was a highlight!!

Overall a top place to stay room was great and only had breakfast but that easily one of the best breakfasts had at hotel and the price for a night great value

Great place good food helpful staff

A very clean hotel with very polite staff. Good location for the waterfront & shopping.
Disappointed that we were told the incorrect time for breakfast on the BH so missed it even though it had been paid for as we had to leave early.
