Disappointed with room, depressing, we left a day early . Manager relunctly refunded all but $10.00

Floors were dirty, our feet and sox turned black. I got a wet towel and wiped up the floor and it turned black. First room assigned, could not unlock the door, Even manager could not unlock it. Shower had constant drip. Only had one chair in room for two people to watch tv. rolling office chair is not good for a handicap room.

The front desk staff is unbelievably nice and attentive. I wish she could train d as one I’ve met. So professional and friendly !

My goodness it was filthy
I wouldn’t shower or anything there i jut slept and got out. I thought checkout time was at 1/ do I was wrong but the maid was pounding on my door and would not quit hollering in both English and Spanish until I physically opened the door. She was the rudest person I couldn’t believe how she acted. She stuck the little clock in my face and told me to get out and I said ….at 12 right ? N ok I was told on both languages! I said oh okay let me get my things and leave and she looked at me like she was dicusted and yes go! I therefore called my daughter to come help me get out fast and she did and leaving like that threw my balance off and I fell in the parking lot and I do mean I fell hard! I never saw the maid again . I wanted to ask her what did she do to the rooms that gas her all upset but I didn’t.
