Kyriad Prestige Calangute Goa

Rooms were dirty. No lights for more than 2 hours in middle of night. To noisy at nights specially with the standard of guests not the same as before. Gym is filthy and the breakfast standard has gone down.

The hotel was just away from the busy road, & quiet enough. On arrival I found my shower shampoo & gel were empty, this was fixed very quickly. The toilet seat threatened to eject me off. This took way too long to even be looked at. The repair meant the seat wouldn't easily go down past 45°. After 4 days, a new seat assembly was fitted. My laundry was ready by 10.00 1 day, but after 18.00, & a lot of chasing, it was finally delivered !!!.
So as a conclusion, my stay was ok, but let down by poor communication from the manager & staff.

Sometimes when you enter the hotel room for the first time, you wonder if it was cleaned and the sheets were changed. It is an awful feeling that's what you get when you enter. Bathroom (toilet seat, sink, doors, walls) stained. Food left by the previous occupant lying by the door - thankfully outside the room. Awful towels.

The people were very warm, humble and friendly. They are hard working and will bend over backwards to offer good service without looking for a tip!

Overpriced for room condition. However restaurant food was good!

The main entrance is on a narrow road. No place for vehicles to park & off-load our bags. Shortage of housekeeping staff, so we had to carry our own bags to the hotel room & back too, when we complained Sandeep asked us to leave the hotel immediately. Bathroom had no exhaust fan or ventilation, so the room starts stinking badly, rude housekeeping staff. Overall not worth paying Rs.8000/- per night for a premier category of room. Citrus in Calangute Goa is not managed well at all. Please think 100 times before booking this hotel.

Poor standard of cleanliness and upkeep. The room was dirty with broken cupboards and unsafe electrics. Grounds were similarly dirty. Food was plentiful but poor in comparison to the rest of our experience in India

The most incredible stay here in all respects, The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff and all facilitys are perfect

In-dining service was very good. Very friendly staff. Overall stay was very pleasant. Special thanks to Amit from restaurant service who took special care for us. Need to improve on WiFi services as the connectivity was very poor.

On arrival at the hotel the room, the room was unhygienic, smelled badly and showed sign of black mould and soiled linen. The extra bed provided was wholly unsatisfactory and of unacceptable quality and hygiene. Alternative rooms and facilities were equally poor and dirty. After a number of discussions with the General Manager, Head of Housekeeping and Front of House staff members, it was agreed that the full cost would be refunded and written confirmation has been supplied to me directly.

Badly needs renovation. Rooms are damp. Paint pealing off. Bathrooms fixtures are faulty. Food preparation and presentation is major issue. Overall no value for money. Not recommended.

- The hotel has the worst entrance, which they have hidden from their photos. All taxis have to stop in the middle of the road as there is no parking anywhere locally.
- The pool and other photos of the outside do not match what is actually there.
- The service was poor from start to beginning.

Amazing stay at citrus hotel. Pool is amazing, room was perfect. Hotel staff could not have been more helpful. Nice buffet breakfast. Good location - we walked to holiday street, calangute beach, baga. Cheap taxis to markets

The hotel is great for its room size and cleanliness. It is little expensive for the services offered. Buffet bfast had variety but food lay cold.

Good stay just disappointed we were not made aware that the stage was been erected for NYE so the pool wasn't available for 3 days

Recommend this hotel to all fellow travelers. Nice rooms, clean and big. Staff is also very helpful

It's a nice oasis on the stretch of road hotel was on. Reception was expedient but the hotel policy of payment upfront for whole stay seemed a bit tacky. Room was adequately clean. Vents could use dusting/cleaning as well as the walls of the bathroom. Felt secure except that our balcony door wouldn't lock. Front desk tried to convince me that I was safe on the 2nd floor and didn't need it to lock but I insisted so they did fix it. Housekeeping and staff at the restaurant were amazing!!! Breakfast buffet was extensive with cooks on site to make fresh omelettes. Only disappointment was all "hot" foods were less than lukewarm:( Location is also amazing. Close to everything ie beaches, shops, restaurants etc

The hotel should really not be allowed to rent rooms for people to stay. There is a very serious mould issue and a lot of the blocks had a plastic sheet covering the exterior, as if under renovation, yet there were rooms still being occupied.

We stayed one night and cut our stay there short as it really was not suitable for habitation.

I will say that the staff and management were very kind and did refund us for the accommodation we had paid in advance.

I still can't get the smell of mould out of my backpack and that is after one night.
