De locatie, patio en inrichting

Cons:

Dat je 100 euro borg moet betalen en deze pas dagen later teruggestort krijgt - zou gelijk moeten zijn.
Geluid van tv stond heel hard, geen gebruik van kunnen maken ivm de buren ;)

Lo mas malo es q el sector era muy ruidoso, hasta las 5am se escuchaba gente riendo y hablando muy fuerte, no nos dejaron dormir ninguna de las dos noches. Tampoco nadie me informò q el alojamiento NO quedaba donde decia en booking, sino a 5 cuadras. Además me enviaron la informacion en holandes no supe q decía y cuando explique el problema me dijeron q era responsabilidad de booking no del hotel. Tambien me cobraron 100 euros extra sin avisarme y aun no me los devuelven, por un supuesto depòsito. No volvería.

Lovely hotel in very central spot on a pretty canal - but noisy outside at weekend nights
Pros:

The location was very good, close to the station and on a lovely canal. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean

Cons:

This is not a fault of the hotel but strangely it was really noisy at night with groups of people walking home along the canal side very drunk and screaming in a loud voice - this woke me several times and on the Saturday night I only managed 4 hours sleep because of it. There were ear plugs in the room so I guess other guests have also mentioned this. As it is a lovely historical building with really nice sash windows there was no double glazing so unfortunately we could hear everything outside and it was very noisy - not sure if it is like this mid-week though.

toegankelijkheid voor mensen met een mobiliteitsprobleem is slecht; te veel ongelijke vloeren en te veel trappen en treden

Goed verblijf, op een fijne locatie
Pros:

Ze hadden de kamer erg mooi versierd met het romantische pakket, goede bubbels en een mooi gepersonaliseerd kaartje. De kamer was schoon, de bedden lagen goed en de badkamer was netjes (wel klein) met een goede douche.

Cons:

Het was helaas erg gehorig. Er lagen wel al oordopjes op onze nachtkastjes, maar we hoorden zowel de buren als de bovenburen erg goed.
