Perfectly good, well situated, hotel but with room for improvement
Pros:

The hotel is a short walk from the railway station and not far from the town centre. It's a handy location. The room was a good size with all the facilities you need and had a canal view. No traffic noise. I didn't have breakfast at the hotel.

Cons:

For me, the bathroom was rather cramped, with the sink partly overhanging the toilet - that might have been a peculiarity of my particular room. I think the thing I really didn't like was that, first thing in the morning, the smell of breakfast cooking was very powerful. On occasion the canalside street could be noisy - late night revellers mainly, I think. It didn't really bother me but might some might not like it.

Wir würden beim nächsten Aufenthalt in der schönen Stadt Delft dieses Hotel sofort wieder wählen.
Pros:

Das Zimmer und das Bad waren frisch renoviert und sehr ansprechend. Sehr sauber. Unmittelbarerer Blick auf den Kanal großartig. Abendsonne im Zimmer. Auf den Nachttischen lagen eingepackte Ohropax, so dass wir dachten, dass das Hotel in einer belebten Gegend liegen würde. Doch falsch gedacht: die Ohropax benötigten wir in keiner Weise: es war sehr ruhig und wir schliefen sogar mit offenen Fenstern. Das Bad war sehr schön und neu. Uns fehlten hingegen Ablagemöglichkeiten für Waschtaschen und Utensilien. Kosmetiktücher gab es keine. Das Frühstück war ausreichend, jedoch nichts Besonderes. Das Personal sehr freundlich und stets zur Stelle, auch mit guten Tipps, was man wo unternehmen oder sich ansehen könne. Im Hotel haben wir zwei Fahrräder ausleihen können. Alles schnell und unproblematisch. Kleines feines Hotel. Liegt mittendrin, daher sehr kurze Wege zu den Märkten, den Kirchen, zum Vermeer-Zentrum und und und.

Cons:

Es fehlten Kosmetiktücher im Bad. Ein kleines Regal oder mehr Haken im Bad zum Ablegen oder Aufhängen von persönlichen Utensilien wären schön.

Personnel robotique. Aucun accueil. Le client n’est pas un hôte, il traité comme un simple consommateur des services.
Cons:

Le souci permanent de faire payer le client la moindre prestation courante. Il n’y a pas de relation au client, toute question reçoit comme réponse un prix. Le client est censé s’adapter à des règles managériales parfois absurdes. Par exemple : le Check-in est à 16h. Si le client arrive à 15h et s’il y a une chambre disponible il doit payer 22euros en plus du prix de la chambre pour l’intégrer immédiatement. Pourquoi ? Parce que le Check-in est à 16h. Mais puisque la chambre est déjà prête ? Mais il peut avoir un autre client qui arrivant plus tôt soit disposé de payer le supplément pour l’avoir plus vite … Etc …

Location is great and building/interior lovely as were the staff...but

Cons:

...bath/shower was awkward with the shower hose being too short and shower screen is too small and does not stop water from going all over the floor & pooling around the toilet.

Price for the one night was also high.

Overall, it’s wonderful lodging that needs to help the front desk be better.
Pros:

Superb location. Lovely suite with excellent bath, including tub & shower. Excellent housekeeping.

Cons:

Front-desk generally didn’t seem well trained or equipped to assist guests. On a number of occasions, personnel watched guests not acquainted with each other help move luggage up steep, multiple sets of stairs to their rooms, as the desk personnel read publications online or chatted on their mobiles. The front desk also tried twice to collect from guests for charges to other rooms. Unfortunately as that aspect is, the hotel remains a great spot to stay.

Pros:

It was a decent room

Cons:

The room was NOT at the hotel so I had to walk to another street to the room. In the too. It was very noisy, underneath there are living students who where parting and it was not even weekend. Also the church every half hour is making noise. Also they will find any reason to keep your 100 euro deposit
