Clean, comfortable, everything was newer and the breakfast was delicious!
Pros:

Great room! Everything was clean and newer. Comfortable bed, yummy breakfast. Loved that in the suite we reserved there were 2 separate bedrooms- each with their own bathroom. Thanks for a great stay!

The Marriott / Ritz Carlton customer Service
Pros:

I flew from Dayton airport to Denver and needed a park n ride! I called this Residence Inn by Marriott several weeks ago for information. Robin, the Asst General Manager spoke to me and was so very kind, just like the Marriott way. She assured me she would take care of me! I called again the day before I left, Robin remembered my name and assured me again she would be there to help me!
I drove to Dayton, Robin was such a pleasure to meet, and made me feel so welcomed and safe!
This is the Marriott / Ritz Carlton customer service way I have known for years and it was such a pleasure to find it again!
Robin is a keeper and Marriott is very fortunate to have her!
