The outdoor pool is only available between memorial day (end of May) and labor day (Beginning of September) and that it is also weather permitting. Also the operation of the pool may be limited due to the current chlorine shortage.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The location was convenient.
The hotel reeked of smoke. The front desk was often not occupied. They drained pool halfway for no reason when it was over 100 degrees.
Location is great. Close to all the places we enjoy going to.
Only critique was elevator didn’t always go down when we pushed 1st floor button. The door kept opening up but we didn’t know why. Small issue.

Breakfast was not that good. It lacked any protein offering. Could be alot better.
the room seemed a little small but overall the room pleasantly surprised me. beds were comfortable and the water was hot. plenty of options to plug in electronics and cpaps
when i walked in the room was about 85 degrees and humid. just come up short on the remodel with missed paint, old fixtures. humidity never really was taken out of the room. breakfast was atrocious and missing a juice machine, fresh fruit, very typical for managers/operators of most motels these days
Quiet and comfortable
The white guy at the front desk was very nice and tried to help during our Fiasco but the manager treated him like crap too.
There was mold in the bathroom and all over the wall on the bathtub they try to cover it up with paint but it was seeping through moved rooms it was a little bit better the sheets and towels and pillow cases we're not changed you can tell there was makeup and stuff on them, it was absolutely disgusting. We walked around with our socks on and our socks turned black, it was gross. The pool turned our feet and our hands green. They shut our cards off not once, not twice, but three times, we were left outside in the pool area with no way to exit that area, it was completely blocked off , only 1 way in or out. We tried calling the front desk, no answer. We were locked outside by the pool for 30 minutes before somebody finally came and let us in. We pounded on the door, we called, did Everything. The manager guy was extremely rude very disrespectful to every guest that he came across. The food was expired that they put out for guests. I will never stay there again it was a nightmare.

Cobwebs hanging down from sealing. The closest rod was so low you couldn't hang your long formal wear. Didn't care much for the bathroom drain right in front of the toilet.
