Great customer ssrvice in this new world

Afyer a small
Mixup on avaliability of pool / hot tub. Ryon on front desk made sure we had accomidations for my special needs ( a tub). I was very impressed with tge customer care at this location and after many bad exp with other hotels in the area ill be staying here everytime we visit family from now on. Also will be joining rewards and only staying with tgis company on any of my future stays and travels. Give this guy a raise!! His kindness and compassion went above and beyond. Made the absolute best out of a frustrating situation.

Pros:

The breakfast was great. There was a good selection, and the food was warm and fresh.

Cons:

The hotel itself was decent. I booked the hotel specifically for the grandkids to be able to swim. We didn't find out until we checked in that the pool was closed, so I had a couple moody tweenagers on my hands.

That pool was closed prior to my stay if I had known I would have got my money back that was my main reason to wanting to stay there need some maintenance in some rooms

Pros:

The most impressive thing was the cleaning crew. The room was clean and neat, and the supplies, such as towels, tissue paper, and all of our essentials, were available. Also, they wrote a kind note expressing for me to have a good day.
