Awful customer service and lack of management response regarding a security issue in which another family was given access to the room I was checked into while I was sleeping. Absolutely uncaring and rude staff.
Location was good. Was very expensive for one night
Room was nice, breakfast was horrible, customer service could definitely be better. Still waiting on a receipt to our email address cu she couldn’t print one She had said in the beginning that she would call when our room was ready. She never did
Outside had a lot to be desired. Bushes were dead and tall weeds had taken over Not very appealing. Will not stay there again
Staff was horrible, pool was having maintenance but was not told online. It was 100 degreees. Another person, NOT identified as staff walked over from Fiji by area and proceeded to involve herself in the conversation at the front desk…she was NOT well dressed as staff but proceeded to give her two cents about the facility. I asked her to stay out of the conversation with myself and front desk, she continued her rudeness ..
Location, pool was not accessible and staff was horrific
Furniture was a little run down
👍👍👍 everyone was helpful and made our stay very delightful.
Staff at the reception desk - Caysie and Sammie. Caysie was the one who we saw the first day around 5:30 PM. Sammie we saw her on the last day 07/16/26. She poisoned our the invoices for both days, very kind person. I liked a last that I saw her both mornings at around 6:30 AM, I don't know her name but she obviously helps with the breakfast. Very nice, always moving around and hero herself busy. Caysie came and changed the sheets and brought pillows to our room the aftenoon of 7/14/26 when I complained that the sheets were with stains and as is people slept into them, they were very wrinkled. The pillows were without pillowcases. No shampoo, shower gel, conditioner and lotion for 2 people, as well no soap and makeup remover toaletas for the face. She came with all these, made the beds, brought the toiletries, and apologized profusely about what happened. The room was cold 68F and U checked the humidity in it and it was 88%.All the blankets, sheets and our clothes became damp. She said she will see who the person responsible for our room to clean was and I told her on a card on the desk it was written "Jared" . The only good thing in the room were the mattresses - they were firm and relatively new I guess.
The dampness of the room. We got the room temperature to 74F, but the humidity stayed high, and the smell of mold was very bad. The carpeting was so dirty that the white socks off my son became near black from the floor. I understand that you are a pet friendly hotel and allow dogs on the premises but can you keep the people with dogs only in certain rooms? This way the rooms will not smell wet dogs, and the flooring is not going to be that dirty. The l9ve sear was old and with a lot of stains on it. Furniture was old, the small table unstable, the ironing board broken...yes, Caysie exchange it as well. We lived on our carry- ons for two days fearing to put them in the closet. The phone when I picked it up to call the reception was dirty and sticky with stains from sticky and fatty food. The pillows were old and uncomfortable, the sheets were very old, but at least washed this time after Caysie changed them. The toilet was slow to flush. Did not think you will ask for a survey so as to take pictures. Thank you for the reminder. In the next hotel I will take a lot of them.
The breakfast, and the floor was broken for more than a week.
For a hotel price was ok but be nice to see the prices a little cheaper some people can't do 100 for 1 person that's kinda high
Hotel smelled really bad, room even worse. . Room had orange and brown old carpet that was coming up, both beds had black hairs on the comforters. Pull out couch, while expected to not be overly comfortable, was dirty and you could feel every spring. Bathroom smelled of urine and mildew. Bathtub was old and cracked. We left right after we checked in. Could not spend the night here. Would not recommend.
