Categories

Cleanliness
6.5
Multiple guests reported cleanliness problems (stained sheets, ants, spiders, a filthy first room, carpet leaving dirt on feet), outweighing other positive cleanliness mentions.
Service
9.9
Staff repeatedly described as friendly, accommodating, and helpful (moved guests to clean rooms, easy check-in, pleasant interactions), which is a strong positive in the reviews.
Location
9
Numerous comments praise the hotel's location—close to restaurants/stores and convenient for destinations—making location a clear strength.
Room Quality
8.7
Rooms are frequently described as large, comfortable beds and accessible where applicable, though some reports note dated rooms, lights not working, and isolated issues (bandaid, stains) that lower the score slightly.
Amenities
7.8
Amenities have mixed feedback: hot tub praised and general facility upkeep noted, but the pool was out of order for at least one stay and breakfast/amenity consistency is uneven.
Value for Money
8.9
Multiple reviewers mentioned good rates and that the stay exceeded expectations for the price, indicating strong perceived value.
Food and Beverage
6.8
Breakfast and F&B received repeated criticism: limited variety, inconsistent items (no bacon/decaf/orange juice some days), and some guests found the breakfast offerings unimpressive.
Overall Experience
9.6
Despite some cleanliness and breakfast issues, the majority of stays were positive (quiet stays, friendly staff, great location, comfortable rooms) resulting in a generally strong overall experience.
