Pathetic!

Cons:

It was run down. Weeds, bugs, garbage around the grass areas lying around all day and all night . No near bathrooms for elderly or children. Staff unknowledgeable customer service bad, extremely bad communication. One pool completely closed for the four days we were there ! The only adult pool and it was closed . No ice at the bars, given the run around daily to get a drink . How can u have a gin and tonic with no lemons? No limes? Staff on their phones in the back and you constantly had to wait , totally inefficiency, incompetence. Change machines broken so the children couldn’t use the children’s area having been at pool all day. Why can’t your security guy check this each and every night when doing this rounds . 45 of us experienced nothing but difficulties and challenges each and every day. I won’t mention the grass being cut at 7 am in the morning waking up the guests . Any reason why this couldn’t have been done in the evening when there was noise anyways ?

Sin je bio oduševljen skate parkom

Cons:

Doručak je dosta skroman u odnosu na inače hotele s toliko zvjezdica, manje je izbora i dosta kupovnih/gotovih proizvoda.

Receptionisti appena arrivata quelli che poi mi hanno fatto il check out, molto svaniti, molli, e poco espressivi. Mentre quelli della reception del che kin bravissimi.
Altra cosa pochi bagni per la struttura che è.
