Brilliant stay
Pros:

The property has good facilities. The daily buffet breakfast was excellent. The room was big and cleaned everyday. They provided complimentary shuttle to the town.

Cons:

The beds are quite hard. The location is a bit far from the centre but there is a shuttle provided. In low season, this stops at 12 nn and starts again at 4pm... So if you didnt look properly at the shuttle you will think that its 1 every hour

Il personale scortese e scontroso , avevo allungato di un giorno la data del soggiorno, mi chiamavano e mi dice il ricevimento che devo lasciare la stanza, io mi trovavo a udine, gli dico guarda ero convinto che avevo prenotato, domani mattina passo dalla reception e salderò il conto. Quando arrivo a mezzanotte trovo la scheda magnetica per entrare in camera disattivata, una cosa vergognosa come se io volessi scappare dalla struttura e non pagare…. orribile siete vergognosi.

Der einzige Vorteil dieses Hotels war der Shuttlebus nach Peschiera.

Cons:

Frühstück in einem kahlen Kellerraum mit Massenabfertigung. Mitarbeiter sowohl bei Check-In als auch Check-Out sehr überfordert.

Pros:

Stayed with family. We had planned to use the sauna, but unfortunately our 13-year-old children were not allowed, as access is restricted to guests aged 16 and over. There was also some initial confusion with the two separate reception buildings, but aside from that, everything was great. We visited Lake Garda and Gardaland amusement park, and getting around was easy—whether by Uber, shuttle bus, or simply on foot (we used all options).

Cons:

There was no staff supervision at the pool, and at one point a group of kids were throwing slippers at other guests. Check-in is not available in the main hotel building, so you need to walk to a separate reception building, which can be inconvenient. The sofa bed was not very comfortable, so for a family of four it’s better to choose a room with bunk beds instead. Breakfast costs €9, but the quality feels closer to a €5 offering. Another confusion was with one wing having only odd number rooms, while the other had even numbers, so it took a while to find your room.
