I could not find the hotel. Our sat nav took us to a hotel that was closed! I tried to explain the issue thru Booking.Com and asked for leniency but didnt get any satisfaction and was charged anyway. It is not easy travelling in a country with a different language and it was dark and people kept telling us Hotels were closed for the season. Even if they had charged half the fee would have been nice.

Cons:

Hygiëne, de lakens waren vies ook na het wisselen van kamers om dezelfde reden. De glazen waren niet schoon en er zat nog haar in de douche.

Tutta la parte esterna del resort è molto bella e curata

Cons:

Abbiamo usufruito sia della colazione che della cena e purtroppo non abbiamo trovato la qualità sperata soprattutto rispetto ai soldi spesi.
L'illuminazione in camera non era assolutamente sufficiente in più non andava il neon all'ingresso davanti all'armadio

Posto molto bello ma da rivedere qualità dei pasti

Struttura grande con molti servizi, potenzialmente pronta ad esaudire tutti i bisogni. Buona gestione al momento della prenotazione.

Cons:

Cena nel ristorante dell’albergo non sufficiente, buffet completo ma qualità dei piatti molto bassa. Colazione abbondante ma sempre non di qualità eccezionale.

Joli hôtel très bien situé, proche de Sirmione, des parcs….

Joli hôtel bien équipé et bien placé.
Le personnel à la réception, la piscine intérieure.

Cons:

Des personnes d’une équipe de foot qui ont fait du bruit dans les chambres jusqu’à 4 heures du matin. Quand on a appelé la réception dans la nuit, le Monsieur a répondu et sans rien dire , après mon explication en anglais , m’a raccroché au nez !

das Frühstück war sensationell-Tip Top Riesen Auswahl und alles sehr lecker!

die anderen Gäste, es waren viele Fussballmannschaften in dem Hotel und manche wussten sich nicht wie man sich in einem Hotel benimmt
