Pros:

My mother-in-law came to help us check in and she was not allowed to go up to the room with us. This was very inconvenient because she was helping us. Then, we were kept up both nights because our room faced the dumpsters. We could hear the hotel throwing things away every night. We were unable to sleep peacefully because of the loud bangs and loud conversations outside!

Get new rug on the hallways $ make sure your linen is clean I sanitized my room & brought my own comforter & covers & towels would have been out of there otherwise

Excellent customer service. Great assistance by Ivan who help us during our stay with our luggage changing rooms. Also while I got sick he help us getting ice and was very attentive and consern.

We booked , rooms are ok clean but a bit stuffy and an odd smell.
Hotel it’s old like super old and needs major renovation, hallways carpet it’s old, stain and hallway had a terrible smell, dirty walls and dark
