Value
Myself, husband, and our two year old were in the town visiting some friends and decided to splurge and stay here. We are so glad we did! It’s in a great location and loved having an HEB within walking distance! The valet/bellman were sooo helpful and attentive. The hotel room was spotless. Shout out to housekeeping! The front desk staff were always smiling and ready to help. It was very convenient being able to text the desk when we needed anything. Our room service breakfast was delicious and the attendant was so sweet to us and our baby. Honestly one of the best hotel stays we’ve had in awhile. Every single employee we came in contact with was smiling and very sweet. Made you feel very welcome and at home. You won’t be disappointed staying here.

We have stayed here several times and keep coming back. The hotel is exceptional with staff and esp. the Valet service, they run to the door to open it for you. Everything is clean and very nice in the hotel and rooms. We just love the location. You can walk out the door and are instantly in the middle of fine shopping and restaurants. No need to get the car. It never disappoints.

I was disappointed with my recent stay at the Hyatt at The Woodlands. From the moment I checked in, the experience fell short of expectations. The front desk staff was rude and unwelcoming, which set a negative tone right away. Instead of feeling like a valued guest, I felt rushed and dismissed.
Valet parking was another issue. There were significant delays both when dropping off and retrieving my vehicle, which was inconvenient and frustrating, especially given the level of service expected at this property.
Cleanliness was also a concern. The room did not appear to be properly inspected before my arrival. A blanket taken from the closet had a visible stain on it, which was unacceptable and made me question the overall cleanliness of the room.
Overall, this stay did not meet the standards I associate with the Hyatt brand. Better staff training, improved valet efficiency, and more thorough housekeeping would be necessary for me to consider returning

The parking up front for check in is tight. We were rushed to check in as only 3 cars can line up at the front entrance. Plus $40 for parking. But there is a free parking garage around corner.
