Requested non-smoking room but was booked in a smoking room.
Cons:

I had booked a non smoking room. As soon as I open the door to the assigned room I could smell smoke. I asked to be changed to another room. But they did not have any other rooms.. Instead a manager sprayed the room with disinfectant. They offer be no discount whatsoever because of the smoking room they booked me in. Never again.

I was impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of the room.
Pros:

The location is close to I-40 and near family style restaurants and stores. The room I stayed in had 2 queen beds, a refrigerator and microwave, plenty of counter space and a deep sink. There is a large TV, good lighting in the room. The room was cool when I arrived. There is an ice machine right around the corner. The clerk was helpful and processed my reservation quickly.

Cons:

The motel has been here a long time so it is not anything that can be changed. The traffic noise and there is a nearby train track that invites a noisy train in the middle of the night. I knew this going in so it's nothing that can be changed.

Nice place to stay with a pet. Very friendly staff at check-in. Also helped us with a tv issue very promptly!

Pros:

Friendly staff and large room.

Cons:

First room the tv was broken and the toilet was leaking, then we were moved to another room which was not the cleanest, and in the morning we went to get our drinks from the fridge and realized the fridge wasn't working. The room smelled musty.

Bad. Just bad!!! Even my dog growled all night at something on the floor

Cons:

Scary location!!! Cockroaches crawling on the walls. Slept with the lights on and my clothes on!!! Flies coming out of the bathtub drain!!! Locals who live there sitting in their cars just hanging out. Strung out drug addicts. Kids running in and out of hotel rooms. Room was non refundable or I would have RUN!!!! SCARY PLACE DO NOT STAY HERE EVER!
