Pros:

This is my 3rd time staying here. Staff are so helpful and friendly. Nothing is any trouble. Rooms are clean and cosy. Beds comfortable. Beautiful breakfast. Onsite parking. Great value for money. I arrived late and night porter was so helpful and got me checked in after midnight. No hassle

My three night stay went without a hitch - would definitely recommend
Pros:

The beds were great - the feather and down quilt was an unexpected delight - so cosy and warm. Breakfast was exaclty as requested each morning and all the staff were both friendly and professional. Car parking was an added bonus

Very comfortable, the traffic noise needs to be addressed.
Pros:

It is a beautiful house, spotlessly clean. The house was very warm. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very nice breakfast. Parking at the rear of the house. Ideal location to access various locations. I walked to the Bord gais theatre and into Trinity college the following day prox 35 minutes each journey. I got the E1 bus from O’Connell Street all the way back to the accommodation.

Cons:

My room was facing the main road and because of the noise of the traffic, I found it very difficult to sleep. Wooden shutters could be a solution to block out the noise. The power of the water from the shower wasn’t great but that is probably to be expected from such an old building with such a demand on its water supply.

Pros:

Guess House with parking, well located, easy to get there, restaurants and coffee shops near by, nice area, even walking at night wasn't dangerous.
Recepcionists were brilliant, very nice and polite, they went above and beyond to help us! Muchas gracias ☺️
Room was very nice, clean, nice decorated and very comfy. Nice temperature inside during night time even outside was very cold.
Was very quiet and couldn't hear a noise.
I Will for sure be back!
