Disgraceful. Avoid at all costs.

If I could rate it 0, I would. The room was a sauna with ni ventilation. The beds were like wood they were that hard. Did not get room that we booked (3 single beds instead of 1 double and 1 single). When I spoke to reception, they said they couldn't do anything and didn't care.
It is advertised that there is a cafe and free breakfast, but there is not, and there are rooms with no opening windows. Found out that some rooms didn't even have a working exhaust fan in rooms.
The building is also half under construction, which was never mentioned when we booked.
Would not come back to Limerick because of this hotel.

Pros:

Location was good and the receptionist staff were very helpful and polite. Beds were fairly well prepared.

Cons:

Entertainment we were hoping to better Television like Smart tv with Netflix settings, on the floor we could smell dust as we laying on the carpet and not having an air-con in the room was sad, they was an air-fan which we failed to turn on and was dusty. Lastly a little tiny min bar fridge will do

Don’t stay when it’s sunny
Pros:

Because the room have a full glass wall to the exterior on a sunny day the rooms were way too hot. Even with the fans supplied it was 30+ degrees night and people sleeping with their open. If the curtains were kept during the day this would not be a problem.
