Pros:

El hotel es maravilloso, unas instalaciones estupendas,las habitaciones muy cómodas y el personal encantador, dispuesto a ayudarte siempre que lo necesites.
Hay fuentes de agua por todo el hotel.
Volveríamos a elegirlo sin duda!

התארחתי ב־Sunset Hill Boutique Resort בקופנגן והייתה לי חוויה נהדרת.

החדר היה גדול, נקי, מרווח ומאובזר היטב, עם נוף יפהפה ואווירה רגועה ושלווה. צוות המלון היה אדיב, מקצועי ותמיד זמין לעזור עם חיוך.

הבריכה והאזורים הציבוריים מטופחים מאוד ומספקים מקום מושלם להירגע וליהנות מהשקט של האי. המיקום מצוין למי שמחפש חופשה רגועה, קרוב לחופים היפים באזור סריטהאנו ו־Secret Beach.

אהבתי במיוחד את האווירה השלווה של המלון, את רמת השירות הגבוהה ואת התחושה שבאמת אכפת לצוות מהאורחים.

תודה רבה לצוות המדהים על אירוח נפלא. בהחלט אשמח לחזור שוב בביקור הבא שלי בקופנגן

ריזורט בתוך ג'ונגל מדהים!!

לפעמים ממש ממש מתיש

I felt very welcomed and super comfortable
Pros:

The staff was extremely friendly, the service fantastic. I have never before stayed in a hotel, in which the Guest Services were so extraordinary. There was a 24-hour-service through WhatsApp - questions were answered super friendly and quickly. During the day, a shuttle service to the beach was offered for free. There was unlimited drinking water service and I even was helped with one of my belongings, which I had forgotten in a hotel in Bangkok. Mrs.Rein, the manager of the hotel, helped me with organizing a individual courier service, so that I could hold it in my hands within 24 hours. That was perfect! Thank you so much :-) I will definitely come back!

הצוות נפלא, אדיב ותמיד מוכן לעזור בכל דבר עם חיוך. החדר היה מרווח ונעים עם נוף עוצר נשימה שקשה להישאר אדישים אליו. המיקום מעולה, קרוב למגוון מסעדות טובות לא רחוק מהזן בי׳ץ. הכול היה נוח, נקי ומסודר.עוזרים בהשכרת אופנוע עד המלון שירות מעולה

מומלץ מאוד . בהחלט שווה את המחיר ואשמח לחזור שוב בעתיד. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
