המלון והנוף מהממים , נקיים ושירות אדיב. היו שירותי הסעה לשדרה מהמלון כי המלון על הר גבוה

Cons:

המיקום טיפה גבוה בהר אבל לפחות יש שירות הסעה לרדת לשדרה מהמלון ולחזור. היו המון מדרגות לחדר וזה טיפה ביאס

מיקום שקט מבחינת המיקום החדר נראה יחסית בסדר גמור וגדול עם מרפסת

Cons:

1. בריכת הקרח הייתה סגורה-תקראו טוב את התנאים של המלון
2. הבריכה עצמה היתה ללא נוף-הכל שם בשיפוצים.
3. הזרם במקלחת היה חלש
4. היו צרחות באמצע הלילה-המלון טען שהוא הביא לי מס של אבטחה בצ׳ק אין-זה לא היה נכון הם הביאו לי רק אחרי שהתלוננתי בבוקר
5. הם מנקים חדרים של אורחים רק אח״צ ערב- קודם נותנים דגש לחדרים חדשים של לקוחות חדשים.
6. באחד הבקרים לא היה חשמל ולא זרמו מים כשהייתי באמצע מקלחת
7. כשדיברתי עם המלון לאיזשהו פיצוי סירבו בתוקף

מקום יפה מאד אבל לא מתאים לכל אחד
Pros:

נוף מטורף נמצא על הר, הגישה בעייתית, אבל יש שאטל מהשעה 9 בבוקר עד 5 אחה״צ בלבד, רק ל 7 eleven ולסיקרט ביץ.
בית חב״ד 20 דקות הליכה, אבל ההליכה לשם בכביש צר מאובק ורעוע- אין מדרכות .

Cons:

עבורי האוכל לא היה משהו ולקח המון זמן עד שהכינו לי את המנה .
צריכים לרענן את המגבות והמצעים

קודם כל שירותיים בצורה יוצאת דופן , ממש אדיבים ומנסים תמיד מענה מהיר אכפתי ומעולה . החדר נקי ונעים , המסעדה מגישה אוכל טוב ובמחירים טובים , יש שירות של שאטל למקומות קרובים .

El personal muy amable y dispuestos a ayudar.

Cons:

Hay una nacionalidad de huéspedes predominante en la isla y en el hotel, que no le gusta mucho integrarse y alli donde va con su característica mala educación e imposición,hace que posiblemente tengas que ajustar tu viaje.Empieza por I y termina en L.

Fantastic with minor disadvantages
Pros:

The staff was very nice and the pool was beautiful; the coffee in the morning was fantastic. We even got a complimentary room upgrade!

Cons:

We slept right above the gym and constantly heard plates being dropped hard, and our room shook a little bit. Also, we really didn't like the construction at the hotel, especially in the pool area. They are building in front of the infinity pool, which obstructed our view from the swimming pool.

The location areas great they provided a feee a turtle bus down the hill
Room was clean and modern pool was fab

Cons:

I asked for a birthday touch for my daughter and they didn’t provide it. This is n the only thing I could think of as our stay was amazing
