We enjoyed our family vacation in sunset hill very much
Pros:

Great view, the staff are kind and helpful.
There are shuttle to few places near the hotel.
There were Yoga class, the gym is great and we had wonderful ice bath

Cons:

Seems that the Hotel is little bit old and you can see it in some of the places like the pool.

Pros:

The staff was exceptionally welcoming and warm, providing top-notch hospitality. The hotel is in an excellent location and offers great value for money. We actually got stuck one night with another hotel we booked at the last minute, and they let us stay at a discounted rate! Highly recommended.

Los precios no corresponden con su servicio y las calidades, comparados hoteles similares de la zona

La ubicación es lo único que nos gustó. Además la habitación está muy bien orientada al mar. Cogimos este hotel por eso principalmente, y por que el nombre del mismo y el precio era muy superior a hoteles similares de la zona, y pensamos que podría ser un hotel de calidad superior, pero nos equivocamos.

Cons:

El hotel tuvo cortes de luz y de agua en más de una ocasión en las 5 noches que estuvimos. Los ruidos de los empleados eran muy contínuos desde primeras horas de la mañana, justo debajo nuestra, al lado de un pequeño parking. Delante de la piscina estaban haciendo obras. Pero lo que más nos sorprendió es el precio comparado con otros hoteles de la zona, que eran similares, ya que este hotel es bastante más caro que el resto, y no muestran calidades y servicios superiores para cobrar estas tarifas. Además no tienen servicio de recogida en el Ferri, y de llevada, cuando en otros hoteles sí disponen de este servicio de manera gratuita con estos precios.

המלון נמצא במיקום מאוד בעייתי וההגעה אליו קשה יקרה ומאוד לא נוחה
הסכום ששילמנו אל שאטלים למלון מטורף
קיבלנו דירה שלא תואמת לתמונות האתר
היתה בעיה קשה של ריח מהביוב
אין זרם של מים במקלחת
כשהיתלוננו על ריח חזק של ביוב הגיע איש התחזוקה ואמר שאכן זאת לא פעם ראשונה שיש ריח
בקיצור מאוד מאוכזבים.
הגענו מאוד מרחוק עם 2 ילדים וקיבלנו חדר במצב ירוד ולא מתוחזק
מנהלת המלון ניסתה לפצות אותנו לפחות חלקית אבל פיצוי כספי לא רלוונטי כשמגיעים לחופשה במדינה זרה עם 2 ילדים

Hotel confortable avec une vue magnifique pour le sunset
Pros:

La vue a couper le souffle, notamment lors du sunset au bord de la piscine
Globalement logement confortable, chambre tres grande avec douche et baignoire
Service de massage sur plaxe au top

Cons:

Le service au rsstaurant notamment pour le pdj etait tres long
Travaux cote piscine toute la journee
Hotel tres tres calme, pas d'animation et un peu eloigné, nous avons moue un scooter pour sortir et visiter le coin

מיקום שקט מבחינת המיקום החדר נראה יחסית בסדר גמור וגדול עם מרפסת

1. בריכת הקרח הייתה סגורה-תקראו טוב את התנאים של המלון
2. הבריכה עצמה היתה ללא נוף-הכל שם בשיפוצים.
3. הזרם במקלחת היה חלש
4. היו צרחות באמצע הלילה-המלון טען שהוא הביא לי מס של אבטחה בצ׳ק אין-זה לא היה נכון הם הביאו לי רק אחרי שהתלוננתי בבוקר
5. הם מנקים חדרים של אורחים רק אח״צ ערב- קודם נותנים דגש לחדרים חדשים של לקוחות חדשים.
6. באחד הבקרים לא היה חשמל ולא זרמו מים כשהייתי באמצע מקלחת
7. כשדיברתי עם המלון לאיזשהו פיצוי סירבו בתוקף
