Cons:

Water in the pool was cold. The spa pool looked like it hasn’t been cleaned for a long time. Very old pool towels. No hot water available at the drink station. Average breakfast.

I'd stay again.
Pros:

Breakfast great. Great suggestion from staff for dinner.

Cons:

AC in the room was loud and could not do constant fan. Needs a repair. Heat and AC worked.

Overall a great stay, this is my hotel of choice when visiting Whitetail Resort
Pros:

It was very clean, close to Whitetail Resort and Hagerstown. The beds were comfortable.

Wish they had updated TVs.

Pros:

Breakfast was delicious, staff was friendly, and the entire building was clean and nciely decorated.

Cons:

The bed did not feel confortableat all. It felt like it caved inwards in the middle of the bed.

Goed hotel als je de kamers vermijd die een verbindingsdeur naar de buurkamer hebben.
Pros:

Prima ontbijt, nette en schone kamer

Cons:

De kamer was extreem gehorig: ik kon ieder woord en beweging van het gezin met twee kinderen naast ons horen door de tussendeur die de twee kamers verbond.

I would not stay again. It was overpriced for the location and cleanliness of the hotel.
Pros:

The location was nice. There wasn't any restaurants or stores within walking distance.

Cons:

This hotel was not clean as I would expect. The bathroom smelled on mildew and the floor was not clean.

Great value, would stay here again.
Pros:

The breakfast was great, price was affordable, location was good, happiest though that the workout room was clean and all the equipment worked. The door stuck, had to get someone to open the door for me, they should fix that, but the place was great and for the workout room to be in such good condition, to me spoke volumes about the care they take.

Cons:

The tv didn't have a guide feature :-).

Breakfast was very good, with a decent selection of of hot foods to chose from, well prepared, and the usual pastries, cereals, yogurt, coffee and juice. It was not a luxury resort breakfast, but on the higher side of what you get at a roadside inn which is a stopping place, not the end of a journey. It was very adequate for the price. Room and bed were clean and comfortable. The hotel is well situated in relation to the highway so finding it and resuming our journey were quick and easy.

Cons:

It met our expectations so I have no suggestions.

I learned that Holiday Inn refuses to allow free Bibles to be placed in the rooms. For that reason I won’t be staying at
