Friendly staff, clean room and decent breakfast.

The hotel was in a great location and very reasonably priced. Would stay there again.

We had a great stay. The staff were super nice and our room was clean and bigger than expected.

Staff were nice and attentive

The only things I didn’t like was that there was no hot water in the evening when I washed my face and no hot water for my shower in the morning. The wall between my bathroom and the room next to me was so thin I could hear a man’s voice. It almost felt like he was in the same room as me. There was a clump of hair on the floor in the bathroom that wasn’t the same color as my hair.

My family and I have stayed at this property multiple times, it has become a favorite. Affordable, close to the airport and dining, friendly staff, and clean. This visit I noted the bathroom was not up to the cleanliness standard I had appreciated before so I could not give it a top rating as previously done. Cleanliness is crucial and a possible deal break for the future.

Nice hotel. All the little amenities that you would need on your stay were included in this hotel. Nice bed, pillows, large vanity in the bathroom, large bedroom, great TV. The breakfast was decent, lots of parking. We enjoyed the nice pool and spa. All good. Only 7 minutes away from the Mesa airport, which was important to us.

Unfortunately this was an uncharacteristic “miss” for a Hilton property for us. Little bit disappointing. Body soap dispenser was broken. Essentially no hot water in the shower (Luke warm at best) made for a terribly frustrating shower. We oddly got poked by a wire piece that was inadvertently underneath our sheet. Happened as I rolled over in the middle of the night and I ended up pulling off all the bedding to expose the source and found the wire tie. (Not sure how/why that would’ve got there), but totally frustrated us.
Then, the breakfast bar was a couple notches below typical, with no warm food options at all.
At this point, we just packed our things and graciously checked out. We aren’t the type to make a scene, but it was so disappointing and disruptive.

The pool was a little cold the last night and same with the hot tub

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and well stocked with towels. Bedding and pillows were super comfortable. Great breakfast with great attendant! So close to Mesa airport!

If you need a stop over and a good place to sleep - i would recommend this place. It is quite convenient to Phoenix/Mesa Gateway airport. Only thing disappointing was there breakfast.

I chose this hotel for its good ratings and the advertised EV charging station, but upon arrival I was told they no longer have chargers. This was a big problem
since I had an electric rental car and an early flight.

The room looked updated at first glance but felt like a quick makeover of an old, run-down hotel. The AC had to run constantly just to feel slightly cool, and the room had a dank, damp smell that seemed tied to the overworked unit. The laminate floors were so dirty they turned a towel black when we wiped up a spill.

The “continental breakfast” was misleading too — no hot items like eggs or bacon as advertised, just bagels, muffins, cereal, and yogurt.

The front desk staff was polite and professional, but everything else fell short of Hilton’s standards. I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it.

Asked to have the trash emptied and towels replaced. Only emptied the trash in the trash can. Did not take the trash by the trash can. Brought new towels, did not take the used towels on the floor. Pool was dirty on Sunday due to storm. Did not have anyone clean it.

Location was clean, quiet and felt safe. Located across the street from a Boba Tea place and several grab and go type places to eat. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was exceptionally friendly all the way from the front desk to housekeeping. The bed was also exceptionally comfortable with super soft sheets. The only cons were the towels we had in our bathroom were stained - they were obviously clean - but had previous stains that couldn't be removed which took away from the experience a little. The biggest draw back was the breakfast, which is really just a few grab and go items. If you are looking for a gluten free option beyond a hard boiled egg or fruit, this is not the place. We would stay here again. I feel the cons are minor hiccups.

Great but the entry to the room is too narrow and difficult to get luggage inside. Nm
