Super wonderful staff! Old, worn-out beds.
Pros:

The staff was wonderful. So friendly and helpful. I would consider staying there again just because of the staff. I have stayed here before and booked again because of the staff.

Cons:

The bed was terrible!
The air conditioner cooled very well which I appreciated. However, every time it turned on and off it woke us up. The room was very clean.

Ms Monica was soo welcoming! The room was soo clean. We were here for a wedding and when we got back to our room the night recptioninst was just as welcoming very sweet! I will definitely return.

Boiling at Boerne

La ubicacion, el desayuno.

Cons:

Es muy dificil mantener una temperatura en la regadera. Una vez que pones tibia sin mover nada o se pone muy caliente o se cambia a helada. Sin moverle a nada. Me queme la espalda. Ademas mi pago en booking no lo tenian registrado en el Hotel. Querian que pagara dos veces y despues yo solicitara reembolso a booking, lo cual no me parecio bien, eran 268 USD. Pude llamar Yo a Booking para que le explicaran a la recepcionista como liberar el pago de mi reserva. Me ofrecio disculpas, pero perdi 30 min en que se resolviera el problema, y ya era tarde.
