Una estancia fantástica
Pros:

Nuestra estancia en el Hotel Bell Repos ha sido fantástica. Desde el primer momento, la atención del personal fue buenísima: muy amables, atentos y siempre dispuestos a ayudar.

La habitación estaba muy limpia, las camas eran cómodas y, en general, las instalaciones están muy cuidadas y son bonitas. Se nota que hay mimo en los detalles.

También me gustaría destacar las iniciativas de sostenibilidad del hotel y su compromiso con el cuidado del medioambiente, algo que siempre es un punto muy positivo y que se agradece durante la estancia.

Un punto muy a favor es que el hotel dispone de parking. Recomiendo cogerlo, ya que aparcar por la localidad puede resultar complicado y tener esta opción hace que la estancia sea mucho más cómoda y te evita preocupaciones.

Además, me pareció un detalle muy práctico poder dejar las llaves en recepción cuando salíamos (hay recepción 24H). Así no tienes que estar pendiente de llevarlas contigo durante todo el día ni preocuparte de perderlas.

En definitiva, una estancia de 10. Hotel muy recomendable por la ubicación, la limpieza, la comodidad, las instalaciones y, sobre todo, por el trato del personal.

¡Repetiríamos sin duda si volvemos por la zona!

Heerlijk hotel op goede locatie
Pros:

Hotel met duurzaamheid en comfort hoognin het vaandel, super vriendelijke receptionisten, behulpzaam en met veel tips voor goed eten en de omgeving. Bedden waren goed en 3 kussens is heerlijk. Fijn ook dat je kunt parkeren op eigen terrein. Airco kwam goed van pas in deze tijd van het jaar. Ontbijt zeer gevarieerd in keuzes. We hebben genoten.

Fantastisch genoten!
Pros:

Mooie rustige locatie maar vlakbij het strand en bruisende centrum. Sfeervolle kamers en tuin.
Vriendelijk personeel en heerlijk ontbijt.

Cons:

De douche was niet heel prettig. Moeilijk om de temperatuur goed te regelen en weinig druk op het water waardoor de straal te zacht was.

Pros:

Cons:

De muggen op balkon en er is geen licht op het balkon. (Bewuste keuze vanwege de lichtvervuiling)

Séjour gaché par le comportement du personnel. Nous reviendrons à Platja mais surtout pas là...
Pros:

L'emplacement géographique.

L'attitude du personnel qui a essayé de nous voler 500€ sans aucune raison ! Vraiment très déçu de ce comportement.

Hotel de voleur !!! Si vous êtes étrangers évitez rapidement. Vous allez vous faire arnaquer.
Très déçu de cet hôtel.
Nous avons fait une réservation de 10pers pour le week-end.
Nous avions 4 chambres. Un patio de 8 personnes et une chambre de 2 personnes complètement à l'opposé l'une des l'autres
Le personnel nous a demandé à notre arrivée une caution de 50€ par personne. Soit 500€.
Cette caution nous pensions a une empreinte bancaire et que celle-ci serait retirée si un manquement etait relevé.
Mais non c'est directement un encaissement bancaire de 50€.
Sans aucun justificatif ou documents signés ou autre. Cela nous paraît bizarre mais ne parlant pas la langue nous disons ok.
A notre départ, surprise le personnel nous dit que il y a eu du bruit à l'étage de la chambre de 2...
Que le vigile a tapé à la porte. Que personne n'a répondu...
Du coup le personnel veut nous garder la caution. Soit 500€.
Sauf que nous avions dormi, sans faire de bruit. Personne n'est venu a notre chambre.
L'hôtel va finalement après avoir haussé le ton, nous rendre les 8 autres cautions soit 400€ et ne pas vouloir nous rendre la caution restante. (100€)
En plus la clim de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas dans notre chambre en plein Juillet...

Great place, would visit again with no hesitation.
Pros:

Great location, very close to the beach and restaurants, very clean, the staff very helpful. Parking in the court. Space to store and wash the water equipment.

Ambiance was good ı location was good

Cons:

Services was bad, early morning stuff itself making a lot of noise also housekeeping entered the room 2 times in the early morning. Even we did select their ecological project that we dont want to have housekeeping during our stay!
Also they have really weird room key policy why do it need to leave my room key ?? They also insist on it? It is not a camping isnt it?

La gentillesse de tout le personnel, les conseils avisés, la tranquillité de l’hôtel avec sa décoration et son jardin, son emplacement à 2 pas de la plage, le petit déjeuner très complet et le parking.

Charmantes Hotel und für Bike-Packing-Touristen absolut empfehlenswert
Pros:

Absolut attraktives Hotel mit äußerst zuvorkommendem Personal. Das Hotel verfügt über eine wunderschön gestaltete kleine Grünanlage. Insgesamt ist das Hotel äußerst charmant eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich richtig wohl. Das Frühstück konnte im Außenbereich eingenommen werden, was sehr gemütlich war. Und für unsere Räder wurde problemlos ein sicherer Ort zum Abstellen gefunden.
