Excellent customer service, great cocktails and delicious breakfast. We had several special requests over our stay, such as early morning valet service for our car, late night cocktails and extra amenities such as pillows. All requests were fulfilled quickly and to the highest standard.

Perfect location in the heart of Sorrento. Lovely hotel with a warm welcome from all the staff. The rooms are comfortable with everything you need. Plenty of choice at the buffet style breakfast. Good value for money.

Absolutely great. We stayed here for 5 days. This family run hotel is centrally located all the staff are truly awesome every one of them were polite courteous and could not do enough to help. Reception and the bar staff were always smiling not like others places we have stayed at. The rooms are typically Italian compact but the difference was ours was spotlessly clean. The buffet breakfast was plentiful with a marvellous selection of food. Have I mentioned the staff, they were so nice and helpful. If you are going to sorrento I would suggest that you try the Astoria. All I can is thankyou for making our stay with you so unforgettable. Ps did I mention how great the staff were every single one of them.

I would recommend this small and friendly hotel every day. The staff were friendly and couldn't do enough for us. We had a problem with the key on our first day, and they couldn't do enough to help us and even gave us a different room, which was stunning to say the least. Rooms and hotel itself was clean and smelt wonderful! New tiles on floors and rooms were decorated in a lovely modern way with a traditional Italian feel to them.

Breakfast was good - a typical buffet breakfast in a European hotel. Again, the staff in the morning were good fun and helpful. And the hot croissants were delicious!!

The location is amazing - right in the centre up a small street. The bustling noise from the street from the room and balcony was lovely. I know some people would like it a bit quieter, but we loved it. The port/harbour was close by and we would down every evening to the front to watch the most amazing sunset that never failed to look stunning.

We booked our own trips out, just went to the port and booked ferry to both Capri and Positano and jumped on train to Pompeii. These were very accessible from the hotel and the staff will always advise you where to go.

All in all, we would definitely return if (and when) we return to Sorrento, it truly was magical with the BEST lemoncello you will try.

Beliggenheten var fin. Både nærhet til gode restauranter, ferje til Amalfikysten/Capri. Litt gange fra bussterminalen, men helt greit. Hyggelig hotell og hyggelige ansatte.
