This hotel is in a great location, close to public transport and with parking available on site. My room was clean with a comfortable bed.

Cons:

The car parking spaces were quite small; larger vehicles may not be able to use the carpark.

Great value for money and very convenient location!
Pros:

The location was amazing for what we were there for. So central to where we needed to go - dinner next door at Minskys, The Hayden Orpheum Theatre across the road, The Dubliner for a pint, a supermarket downstairs and lots of eateries. Secure parking ( only $35/night ) and a ferry stop just down the road to access the city’s CBD! We were given a complimentary upgrade which gave us views of the gorgeous Sydney Harbour and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely go back there

Pros:

Location. Clean room.

Cons:

Couldn't access my car park. Wasn't given a buzzer. Went out to dinner. Couldn't get back in. Idled for 20 minutes at the gate until a staff member came down.

A comfortable stay
Pros:

Clean and comfortable.
Good kitchen facility.
Great staff, very helpful.
Close to a bus line to head to the centre or out to Manley Beach.

Cons:

A bit run down and far too pricey for what you get over the New Year period.
Booked the room with views for extra and the view was mostly the roof of the next door building and the smallest slither of the harbour in the distance- shouldn’t be selling those rooms as having good views.
Balconies are tiny and no furniture to sit out on.

Pros:

I stayed there for the second time, which already means I like this lodging option. The location is very good, there is a bus stop right at the front door of the hotel, and you can get basically everywhere from this location. There is also a department store, a pharmacy, a pub, and a pizza house right in this building. There are plenty of places where you can eat close to the building. In the room, you can find anything you need for the stay -stove, oven, microwave, dishes, dishwasher, washing machine, and iron.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was that the room was not exactly clean. The bed linen and the towels were absolutely fine - clean and snow white. But the layer of dust on the open shelves and around the washing machine was quite thick. Also, the sofa has stains and the signs that they tried to clean it, but not very successfully.

The experience was superb
Pros:

The property was tidy and clean, and it came with full amenities including a washing machine, plates, cutlery, and other kitchen essentials, which was very convenient.

The location is also excellent.

Cons:

The parking garage is not included in the property as they advertise. The room is also not very quiet, as traffic noise from outside can be heard.

The bathroom cold water tap hard to turn on. Also shower taps hard to turn on as I have arthritis in hands.

Pros:

The staff were lovely. Reception & hallways were well presented & clean.

Cons:

The room had old uncomfortable furnishings- the bed was only a double & did not have a mattress protector.
The bathroom needed a good clean
Our room overlooked Military Rd which was very noisy from passing traffic.
