Pros:

Location was great for what we needed, going to twighlight concert at the zoo. Has parking. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Apartment had everything we needed. Great pizza shop downstairs!! Would recommend and return if needed.

Fantastic locatio, great value, the best pub meals ever!
Pros:

Loved the location and fantastic Minsky's pub next door with superb food.
Coco Cloud Dessert Coffee Shop is not to be missed - just on corner of Spofforth Street.
Room was spacious, bed could be a little firmer, bathroom was clean and had ample toiletries in eco-friendly large pump bottlres (love this!) The kitchen well-appointed. I think the desk sould be better nearer the window so the TV could be in front of the bed haha. Maybe a few more handy power-points but otherwise, really a great value stay and wouldn't hesitate to book again. So easy to get to the ferries by regular bus from around the corner. Staff very kindly offered to keep our luggage after checkout which was a nice gesture.

Cons:

No cookies in the coffee station - haha, just being picky, but honestly it's a really nice thing.

The location is great, with easy access to the bus stop and the supermarket.

Cons:

There were no washrooms, gyms, cafés, or restaurants available in the hotel lobby. The staff were okay, but not very welcoming or friendly. The overall environment felt more like renting a flat from an agent for a short-term stay rather than being in a hotel.

For somewhere to lay your head after being out, perfect.
Pros:

Convenient to where we were going that night and relatively cheap. Clean room. Very comfortable bed and pillows.

Good place to stay
Pros:

Located in a nice area, bus stop right outside, decent pub next door and restaurants.
Staff were extremely helpful when we found out our flight had been cancelled due to bombing at Dubai Airport and sorted a room for us to stay in for a further four nights.

Cons:

Rooms could be cleaner.

Parking issues spoilt our stay!
Pros:

Pleasant stay, rooms were old but kept clean and tidy. everything in our room worked well, good shower. Staff were also pleasant and helpful. liked the Pub next door.

Cons:

The location and parking! being right on a busy major road, and the street parking is almost nonexistent. the underneath car parking was too low for my vehicle, sorry! but it was a nightmare for us!
I do concede that this was not the fault of the hotel it and there is no way for them to change any of it.
As we needed to be in the area on these dates we stayed here, certainly would not return to this location for a holiday.
