Gutes Hotel mit Ausbaupotenzial
Pros:

Die Hotelanlage ist sehr gepflegt und es hat einen privaten Strand. Die Parkplätze sind kostenlos. Beim Abendessen hatte es eine kleine Auswahl aber das Essen war sehr qualitativ und gut! Die Cocktails sind sehr gut, auch die Preise sind sehr ok. Musikalische Unterhaltung ist Geschmackssache - eher auf ältere Generationen ausgerichtet.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war sehr alt aber zwecksmässig eingerichtet. Die Betten für die Kinder waren gar nicht gut. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist sehr klein. Die Wartezeiten für den Kaffee etwas mühsam. Es war sehr hellhörig und die Kinder haben frühmorgens geweint, so dass man aufgeweckt wurde - dafür kann das Hotel aber nichts - war trotzdem mühsam.
Die Sauberkeit am Strand geht gar nicht. Wir waren nicht einmal am Hotel Strand, da dieser voller Algen war, welche nicht weggeräumt wurden. Schade!

Super séjour, nourriture excellente et équipe au top
Pros:

Nourriture excellente tous les jours, buffet varié et super qualitatif! Les Barman et les animateurs sont tous super sympa. Un grand merci à Alessandro qui travaillait la bas pendant l'été pour les entraînements de foot, il va beaucoup manquer a notre fils Noah.
L'hôtel est à proximité de plein de plages magnifiques de la région. Les chaises longues autour de la piscine tout le temps libres et propres et la piscine est top et grande. Chambre familiale sympathique mais un peu petite pour circuler et bruyante.
Coup de coeur pour les plages aux alentours :Cala Pira (15 min en voiture) et Spiaggia di sa mi (10 min a pieds)

Cons:

Chambres familiales très bruyantes et mal insonorisées. Impossible de dormir avant minuit à cause de la disco et des gens bruyant dans les couloirs...
La plage privée de l'hôtel etait pleine d'algues et quasi inaccessible le 50% du temps de notre séjour malgré les gros efforts menés par l'hôtel pour les enlever. Ce n'est pas leur faute mais c'était vraiment dommage de payer un hotel pour la plage privée et qu'on ne puisse pas y aller. Cela nous a permis de changer chaque jour de plage et de decouvrir la région. Nous avons tout de meme eu l'impression de payer la prestation "plage privée" dans le vide vu les montagnes d'algues qui s'y trouvait. On imagine que sans les algues la plage est magnifique !
Attention: Pas de wifi accessible dans la chambre.

Sinon tout est génial la bas!

A disappointing stay, could be great if the hotel invests in it
Pros:

The beach was nice (once you spent the effort to get to it). Pool was quite nice too.
Having separate bungalows was nice, with a patio for each room.

Cons:

Though this is "Sant'Elmo **Beach** Hotel", it is a 400m walk from the hotel to the beach, along a dusty, uncovered dirt path in a field to get to the beach. Once you get to the beach, there are no towels, so if you didn't bring any, you have to walk back to the reception of the hotel to get towels.

Communication from the staff is quite poor, from the receptionist you meet when you arrive to the staff at the beach. You have to ask about everything that a normal hotel would tell you proactively, such as where to get towels, where to eat, etc.

The breakfast is OK, though less rich than other places in Sardinia. This is a fairly large hotel so the breakfast is a mass event. The tables are also for some reason assigned to the room, so you can't just sit wherever you want, which is surprising (and you have to find someone to let you know where your table is).

Shower in the bathroom was either scalding hot or too cold, and would randomly alternate between the two.

WiFi in the room is miserably slow.

Getting into the hotel itself is a challenge. You get to a gate and there are no signs or information, so you have to find an unlabelled buzzer for the gate to open.

Pros:

Die Bungalow-Anlage ist nett gemacht und vor allem der Zugang zum privaten Strandabschnitt mit Liegen und Schirm für das Zimmer sind toll.
Das Restaurant bietet eine große Auswahl an Gerichten und die Qualität der Speisen war gut. Preis-Leistung an den Bars ist ebenfalls top, gemeinsam mit dem Service.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück gibt es die Kaltgetränke nur in Pappbechern.
Die Strandtücher werden nur auf Gebühr getauscht. Bei einem längeren Aufenthalt schwierig.
