Comfortable, non-traditional hotel with character
Pros:

The room was larger and more "homey" than a typical hotel room. Plenty of storage space and a larger than normal bathroom (I think it was ADA compliant). The room was very clean and having the mini fridge was helpful. The property was quiet. The breakfast was pretty basic but enough to get the day going.

Our favorite hotel ever.
Pros:

OK, it was expensive. Not an everyday place to stay. That said, it's our favorite hotel. Clean, friendly staff and a very good breakfast buffet. If you're going to drop the cash on this place, go all the way and get one of the Jacuzzi suites. We stayed in the Frank Lloyd Wright suite. Do know this, if you have any fear of heights, do not drive US-62 between Eureka Springs and Bentonville/Springdale. It was terrifying.

Great place with nice atmosphere!
Pros:

When I travel I want where I stay to be special. Have something unique and be a good price. The Inn had all that. We loved the running water outside th main building - with we had time to just sit and listen to it. This was just a great place to stay!!

Cons:

Maybe former pillows or heavier blankets but that’s just being picky
