札幌駅に近い！

Cons:

ユニットバス、トイレが少し臭い。
バスタブの排水が弱い。たぶん、排水管に髪の毛の固まりがあるのか、または合流しているトイレとの管になんだかのつまりがあるのかもしれない。
設備担当に確認してください。
また、ユニットバス、トイレの換気、湿気が取れにくい。給気、排気のバランスが良くないのでは？！

Excellent!
Pros:

The location is very close to JR Sapporo station, less than a 5-minute walk. There's also an underground walkway that makes it easy to access shopping areas and other attractions. My family booked a 4-bed room, which was spacious and comfortable. It had a nice seating area in the middle of the room and a separate toilet and shower, which was great. The room was very clean and accessible by elevator. There are restaurants and souvenir shops on the ground floor of the hotel, and many convenience stores and interesting restaurants around the hotel. Overall, our stay was much more convenient and exceeded our expectations. Excellent!

You won’t be disappointed
Pros:

This hotel is our “go to” hotel whenever we travel to Hokkaido. Just a few minutes walk from Sapporo Train Station. Hotel and rooms always have a new and fresh feel to it. Rooms are always clean. Staff is always ready to assist.

Not what I expected from a MyStays Hotel.

Cons:

“There is no coffee in this hotel” are not words one wants to hear from a hotel receptionist after a long day travelling. This hotel does not live up to my memory of previous stays and the room was tired with some furniture showing its age! The two meagre tea bags (with no replenishments available) and a mal functioning kettle were not what one expects from a four star hotel.
