Pros:

札幌駅北口から本当に3分、京王プレリアホテルの真隣、とても便利でした。
道もわかりやすく、駅の階段を降りると見えてくるくらいで立地がよかったです。

Cons:

セキュリティが心配でした。エレベーターにカードキータッチ機能がなく、宿泊者でなくても誰でも客室までたどり着けるのは怖すぎます。
「宿泊者以外の利用禁止」みたいな張り紙がエレベーター近く？にあっただけでした。改善して頂きたい。

大浴場がない。部屋のユニットバスは清潔だったがもちろん狭かった。

Pros:

I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room, which was remarkably spacious by Japanese hotel standards. The breakfast buffet was also fantastic. I especially loved the fresh kaisendon and rich Hokkaido milk.

Cons:

I missed having a smart TV to watch YouTube morning and night, as the room only has a standard TV.

Very convenient location
Pros:

The location was great and the room was
spacious and clean. The face products offered in the drawers by the lifts were very good quality.

Cons:

The automatic check-in was frustrating to someone not used to it and with no one to help. It also meant that the room we were automatically checked into was facing a wall. Without the Japanese skills necessary, I didn’t bother trying to find out if I could change rooms.
