Pros:

位置很好，JR站出来走5分钟，减轻雪地拖行李的压力。在续住的情况下可以免费跨天寄存行李。前台小妹妹们都很热情，添加寄存行李都很有耐心，且保管的很妥善。

Cons:

客房服务男士态度一般，沟通流畅程度不够，还毫无笑容，很生硬。

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.
Pros:

Central location near railway station. Friendly staff. Extensive breakfast buffet. Luggage storage option for small fee. Room was quiet with comfortable bed and small but well-equipped bathroom.

Cons:

The rooms while comfortable are very small, with the bed against the wall so one person has to get in and out of the bed from the end to avoid disturbing their sleeping partner. Not much space for luggage or hanging up clothes

We had a good comfortable stay.
Pros:

The location is very convenient as it is near the train station which has abundant choices for food and shopping. The underground link also made it easy to walk to places such as Odori park, etc. The underground is much appreciated especially during winter. It is easier to walk there than the slippery ground outside.

The staff whom we met are generally friendly and helpful. Housekeeping team did a good job too in being able to do the necessary clean-up and yet do not mess with our things.

We also like kettle which allows us to keep the water warm which is much needed during the cold season.

Cons:

The room is a little small. We stayed in a triple room and it was hard to find space to open our luggages.

The 2 pillows are either too hard or too flat.

The hotel is clean but a little dated.

It will be good if we can have some spoons in the pantry area (then again, in Japan, it seems like a norm for hotel not to provide tea spoon).

Pros:

Location was excellent, right by the train station and an underground access point. The staff was helpful, and all the common spaces were well cared-for.
