Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. הכסף ששמתי יותר על מה שהיה צריך ממש לא היה צריך לשלם ולא קיבלתי ארוחות מה שכן הביאו לי יציאה מאוחרת

שירות על הפנים לקוי שיחקו איתנו משחקים קראו לנו לבוא מהמרכז עם תינוקת ובסוף אין חדר

התנהלות על הפנים של עובדי המלון אתר דפוק עם תקלות ניסינו לסגור חופשה כמה חדרים לבני משפחה באתר הראה שיש תאריכים סגרתי ואחרי זה קלטתי שזה תאריך של שבת וראשון רציתי שישי שבת. התקשרתי ענתה לי בחורה לא סבלנית .
הסברתי לה מה היה ביטלתי דרככם אחרי שעה התקשרה אלי בחורה מהמלון מבטא רוסי ערבי לא סגורה על זה אמרה לי שרואה שביטלת אבל לא קיבל עדין אישור מלא על הביטול .אמרו שהכל תפוסה מלאה כי אחרי שסגרנו באתר חדר 1 לחדר ב2 לא נתן התקשרנו ואמרו לנו שאין מקום בכלל ותפוסה מלאה אמרנו להם שסגרנו אבל בדקו ראו שזה תאריך אחר אבל לנו הופיע 22 /23 כמו שרצינו. היה כנראה תקלה באתר.
בכל אופן בחורה התקשרה אמרה לנו שבמקרה התפנה להם חדר ואפשר ל לבטל את ההזמנה ולקחת חדר אצלהם אמרנו שניסינו אמרו שהכל מלא.
אמרה אפשר אנחנו כבר רצינו לסגור מקום אחר כח לא היה אצלכם מקום פנוי אמרה תחזרי אלי עם תשובה עד 15:15 וכל זה אנחנו עם תינוקות בדרך לצפון אמרנו בסדר התקשרנו שוב ענה בחור אמר לנו מה פתאום לא נכון הכל מלא לא ניתן לא יודע מי אמרה לך את זה נראה לכם הגיוני לסחוב בנאדם מהמרכז ואז להגיד לו אין מנהל עד עכשיו לא חזר אלי הבנתי שהיא עוד מלא תלונות באותו יום כי דברתי עם נציג שלכם בטלפון בקבלה ושמעתי

ארוחת הבוקר הייתה טובה ועשירה. המקום ירוק, כפרי ומסודר מאוד. גינה מטופחת ונעימה. הרבה פינות ישיבה ושהייה מוצלות. צוות אדיב ומיקום נחמד ושליו.

Cons:

ניתן לשפר את התחזוקה של החדר. ריהוט מיושן, מתפרק, מקלחת/שירותים ברמה של אכסניה. אין גישה לכינרת, לחוף.

מקום מקסים, נעים ומטופח, מדשאות ירוקות בשיא הקיץ, ושירות מאיר פנים.
Pros:

השירות של הצוות היה מעולה. היו מאוד קשובים, וכל דבר טופל באופן מיידי. מאור פנים שלא נתקלתי בו.
