Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.
Please note that on Saturdays, check-in is only available starting from 1 hour after sunset onwards. Please note that the property is located in a building with no elevator. On Saturdays and holidays, check-out takes place until 14:00. After this time, a surcharge of USD 55 applies for arrivals outside check-in hours. All requests for late departures are subject to confirmation by the property. Please note that BBQ facilities cannot be used. A surcharge of 65 USD applies for arrivals outside check-in hours.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. כדאי ומומלץ ליידע כשיש קבוצת אירוח גדולה שמגיעה יחד לשבת משותפת, היה המוןןןןן רעש וחוסר התחשבות, העירו אותנו ב 6 בבוקר בגלל קיר עם דלת מקשרת, צרחות של ילדים כל היום ושל מבוגרים בערב. רעש מטורף שלהם בחדר אוכל, לא יכולנו לערוך קידוש משפחתי עד שהרב שלהם סיים לנאום...
The location is great - a beautiful view of the kinneret from the breakfast room and we walked down to the water from the hotel. Our room was right on the road though ,which meant we could hear the traffic - a shame. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the grounds of the hotel are beautiful and it's very peaceful. The breakfast was delicious.
Our room was on ground level, facing the doors to many other rooms. The entrance to our room was a glass door and that was the only source of light into the room, but we could not open the curtains as we would have no privacy. So this meant it was less pleasant to be in the room. I think this is a great place to stay for a family or group holiday. Less good for a couple's getaway.

Comfortable and great location near the Kinneret lake. Clean.
Very old rooms. Paint of buildings must be renovated. Basic soap (no shampoo) . Bed was actually two single beds together.
Very basic breakfast but still fairly good
נחמד מאוד שקיבלנו take away כי היינו בפעילות לפני פתיחת חדר האוכל
ריח רע (פטריות) מהמזגן - וגם המים מהמקלחת עם ריח רע (לפחות בהתחלה). זה ממש היה לא כיף.
ארוחת בוקר מעולה
המקום מעל כנרת מדהים.
הגדר לא שלמה ורווח סגור עם רשת ברזל. מצרכים, למשל טונה, לא היו טריים. לחם ולחמניות לא אפויים עד הסוף...
מרגישים הזנחה, וחוסר סדר וניקיון... ליד החדרים השטח מלא בבורות המסוכנים לאנשים עם מוגבלויות.
ברור שאנחנו עכשיו בתקופה אחרי המלחמה הארוכה... עזרתם גם הרבה למפונים. אבל עסק זה עסק וחייבים לתקן דברים. מהר מאוד כולם ישכחו מהמלחמה והתיירים ירצו מלונות מסודרים.
