GHF is beautiful, elegant, with a relaxed feel much to do with the warm, friendly and helpful staff. Staff is responsive and available. Accommodations are very nice, and housekeeping is wonderful. The property is stunning, and right on the lake. It is meticulously cared for, both outside and inside. Food, and breakfast buffett selections were amazing. Can't say enough about all the staff, with a special "shout out" to Guilia and Stefano, the concierge. Complete perfection.
My family and I just spent four glorious days at Grand Hotel Fasano. This was our second stay and we were beyond excited to return! The property is simply stunning, with fabulous views of Lake Garda. The staff go above and beyond to assist you and are always available to meet your needs. The hotel rooms are very spacious, well-maintained, and accommodating. Each of the restaurants offer a delectable menu, representing the local cuisine. And, the breakfast buffet has a wide variety of dishes to meet everyone’s appetite! We will DEFINITELY return!
l'accueil est très efficace, professionel, nous étions 20 pesonnes réparties sur 15 chambrs, la distribution des clés est rapide, tous les clients ont été accompagnés rapidement et aimablement par les employés jusuq'à leur chambre, serivice digne d'un 5 étoiles. Le petit déjeuner est varié et de bonne qualité. Le cadre "Belle Époque" est d'un charme. Je reviendrai avec mes nombreux amis.

Get ready for a dream vacation here. We were so very impressed with this hotel and ALL its facilities and dining options. We wished we could have stayed longer. One has to experience this hotel in person to truly appreciate how very special it is. The Grand Hotel Fasano on the Lombardy Rivera - the name says it all.

Hotel Fasano was an excellent experience. The hotel accommodations, dining, spa and ambiance where amazing. From breakfast, to the gym, to returning home after site seeing and going to the spa, not to mention relaxing outdoors to end the day. Our trip was top notch and highly recommend
This is one of the best hotels i've stayed in the world. The staff provides superior customer service. Every person, every department, goes up and beyond to make your stay fabulous. The conceirge's are probably the strongest i've seen. They come in for the season, and they obviously pick well. The bar area on the lake has amazing servers! They make you so comfortable. The rooms, have air condoning, and you must only take a room in the main building with a view of the lake. The spa has so many fun areas. Not one or two, but seven or more, steam, jacuzzi, differnt types of saunas, a fun foot massage area, and a fun area to go from spa to outisde pool, with more types of water features. There is even a cold plunge. They have free valet service, and the Villa near by is one of a kind. Close enough to Salo, for a couple hour day trip. I'd recommend a lake view room. I couldn't get into the restaurants so I can't comment. One draw back, the queen beds, are two twin matresses pushed together, so you can feel the crack. owners need to get queen matresses, as the beds are never separated, it is on a queen frame!!!!
One of our favorite hotels in Italy. The property is breathtaking. The spa and pools were amazing, and the hospitality was outstanding. A woman named “Josie” (simplified name) who checked us in was one of the most kind people we met in all of Italy. She was so friendly and inviting and made us feel special after our wedding day. We only planned to stay one night but we just had to stay other night because it was such an incredible experience. The food was great, the drinks, just everything was above and beyond.
