A wonderful experience.
Pros:

This is a wonderful hotel. Service is superb, nothing is too much trouble. During the stay it was my wife's birthday and the hotel gave her a bottle of champagne and some lovely flowers. Quality of food is outstanding. We would definitely like to return.

Brilliant and worth every penny.
Pros:

The best hotel I've ever stayed in and we've just spent two nights in the Presidential Suite at the Tivoli in Florence followed by three nights at the Metropole in Venice. People say it's a bit pricey, but this luxury, service and amazing location doesn't come cheap.

True Italian luxury
Pros:

The most beautiful hotel I’ve seen, like a piece of heaven on earth. True Italian luxury. The old 1888 years old architecture met modern standards in the best possible way. Every staff member was excellent and always there to help with everything.

Heaven on Earth
Pros:

Grand Hotel Fasano is not only beautiful, it is over the top comfortable. We were given an upgraded suite when we checked in and it was just lovely. We had been in a smaller hotel in Venice prior to our stay so we felt like we had really hit the jackpot when we saw our room. The manager gave us an over the top, extensive tour of the property and went into great detail about the room's amenities. When she left we looked at each other and said "we never want to leave this place". Lunch at Magnolia under the most gorgeous magnolia trees was such a treat. The hotel planned a boat ride for us at 4 pm the first day and arranged a driver to take us to Gargnano to catch a ferry to see Isola Del Garda... (I highly recommend doing this). We were only there two night but I wish it could have been longer so we could have enjoyed the spa and waterfront. 100% TOP KNOTCH EXPERIENCE
