Verschrikkelijk!!

Het Gardameer.

Cons:

Verschrikkelijk hotel! We hadden geboekt voor 4 nachten en zijn na 1 nacht vertrokken!!!

Vuile en verouderde kamer (vuil beddengoed, oude bedden, vieze badkamer, ramen die niet volledig dicht kunnen door veroudering, veel ongedierte in onze kamer, muffe geur, kapot en vuil tuinmeubilair,…)

Het personeel is incompetent, ongeïnteresseerd en onvriendelijk. Geen vriendelijke begroeting als je elkaar kruist of tijdens inchecken, gewoon onverschillig, geen bediening van drank (bar of tijdens lunch en dinner) alles is self -service, de wijn moet je tappen uit een frisdrankautomaat.

De accommodatie is verouderd (huisjes, zwembaden, mini golf) en niet onderhouden, overal mieren op het terrein en ander ongedierte, in grote hoeveelheden. Alles ligt ook in verdiepen omhoog, heel lastig om telkens omhoog op heuvels en trappen te klimmen om naar je kamer te gaan/met koffer (Je krijgt hierbij geen enkele hulp van het personeel met je koffers) of om eens te gaan zwemmen. Zeker niet te doen voor met mensen met kleine kinderen en kinderwagens.

Zwembaden niet goed onderhouden en sluiten al om 17u. (dit werd constant herhaalt vanaf een uur voor sluitingstijd). Het binnenzwembad is vervallen.

Het eten was erbarmelijk, slordig, smakeloos, niet vers, gewoon onacceptabel voor een 4-sterren hotel. De eetzaal lijkt op een grote kantine van een bedrijf, ongezellig en met afwasbare rubberen tafelkleden en automaten.

De foto’s die worden gebruikt op boeking zijn niet de realiteit, misschien zijn dit foto’s van 20jaar geleden, het hotel zou dan ook gesloten moeten worden en volledig gerenoveerd alvorens nog gasten te ontvangen. Nog nooit zoiets meegemaakt!!

Teljes mértékében megvoltunk elégedve a szállással
Pros:

Nagyon szép helyen van a hotel. A kiszolgáló személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész. A self bar kimondottan jól működött és volt ahol még cukormentes üdítő is volt. Esténként élő zene szolgáltatja a jó hangulatot. Bármikor jó szívvel ajánljuk.

Cons:

A reggeli lehetett volna változatosabb. A minibus szolgáltatásuk lehetett volna pontosabb. A felnőtteknek való programjuk lehetett volna több vagy jobban hirdetve.

Der Ausblick war toll

Cons:

Am Frühstücksbuffet war teilweise 30 Minuten vor Ende kaum noch etwas zu essen vorhanden. Auf Nachfrage, wurde trotzdem nicht aufgefüllt, sondern bereits für das Pesonal zurückgestellte Croissants zurück in die Ablage für Gäste gelegt.

Upeat maisemat ja siisteys

Cons:

Henkilökunta ei osannut neuvoa miten pääsee kulkemaan eri paikkoihin. Ei osattu opastaa bussien käytössä. Ruoka ei ollut kovin hyvää eikä koskaan kuumaa vaan jäähtynyttä.
