Super Aufenthalt in schöner, gepflegter Hotelanlage in toller Lage.
Pros:

Sehr schöne, gepflegte Hotelanlage mit freundlichem, hilfsbereitem Personal in super Lage. Mit einem Shuttlebus kann man alle 30 Minuten nach Limone fahren. Abends kann man für 25 € ein Buffett (Salate, Suppen, mehrere Hauptgerichte und Nachspeisen) inkl. Getränke buchen. >Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und würden das Hotel noch einmal buchen.

In großen und ganzen ein schönes Hotel . Personal an der Rezeption mega mega freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Aber auch das andere Personal war freundlich.

Cons:

Was nicht schön war, ist das die Zimmer sehr hell hörig waren . Wir haben Nachbarn schnarchen hören sowie Toiletten Gänge . Man hatte Angst sich in Zimmer zu unterhalten damit die Nachbarn nicht gestört werden . Das Essen war gut aber Auswahl sehr eingeschränkt. Frühstück immer das gleiche. Abendessen war ok .

Very disappointing stay at Hotel Christina
Pros:

I was very disappointed with my stay at Hotel Christina. The room was very dated and not what I expected. Even though I booked a single room, I was given a room with two uncomfortable single beds. When I asked to change rooms, I was told that was the only single room available.

At first, the receptionist seemed friendly and explained everything quickly when I arrived, but when I asked for help later, she was not very helpful and refused to change the room. The manager was rude and spoke to customers in a very unpleasant way — honestly, they should really take a course in customer service and learn how to treat guests with respect. The overall attitude from some of the staff and management was disappointing and unprofessional. Overall, I found the reception staff and management was disappointing and unprofessional.

The only positive aspect of the stay was the beautiful views from the hotel. However, the location is quite inconvenient if you don’t have a car. They do offer a shuttle bus to the town for €1.50, which is nice, but getting to the airport is very complicated — I had to take three different buses, and the times didn’t match my flight. I even ended up leaving a day early just to make it in time for my plane.

Overall, it was a very bad experience, and I would never stay here again. The rude management and unhelpful reception staff completely ruined what could have been a pleasant trip.

L’emplacement est juste magnifique, la propreté de la chambre et de l’hôtel, nous revenons avec nos enfants l’année prochaine
