Im großen und ganzen sind wir zufrieden
Pros:

Wir waren 8 Tage in diesem Hotel und im Großen und Ganzen können wir es weiterempfehlen. Die Lage ist zentral, was vieles erleichtert, und die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich sowie hilfsbereit.

Allerdings gibt es einige Punkte, die man erwähnen sollte: Die Hygiene könnte deutlich besser sein. Es wird zwar oberflächlich gereinigt – der Müll wird entsorgt und Handtücher werden gewechselt – aber eine gründliche Reinigung findet nicht wirklich statt. Ich habe tatsächlich selbst noch einmal nachgeputzt.

Zudem hatten wir während unseres Aufenthalts einen starken Hautausschlag, dessen Ursache wir leider nicht klären konnten.

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist vielfältig und gut, allerdings eher eingeschränkt für Muslime oder Personen, die kein Schweinefleisch essen, sodass die Auswahl für uns begrenzt war.

Trotz dieser Kritikpunkte ist das Hotel insgesamt empfehlenswert – vor allem, wenn man über die genannten Punkte hinwegsehen kann.

Preis-Leistung top! Wir würden wieder kommen, sehr freundliches Personal und super Frühstück
Pros:

Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück. Wir waren begeistert, es hat viele Früchte, Brote, Müesli, warme Speisen, vegetarische und Fleisch, guter Kaffee, Süssgebäck, Gemüse - einfach alles! Wir durften zu Viert im Appartement wohnen, welches sehr geräumig, gut ausgestattet und sauber ist. Die Lage (nur ca 150 m vom Haupthotel entfernt) ist perfekt. Das Personal im ganzen Hotel ist äussserst freundlich!

Cons:

Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war zu gering. Wir haben das gemeldet.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce bel établissement. Un accueil chaleureux , le personnel au petit soin et toujours le sourire. D'une propreté irréprochable et accès direct au lac et des restaurants. Le petit déjeuner est incroyable . Tout est fleuri c'est vraiment très beau. Nous avons l'habitude de voyager et nous recommandons cet hôtel les yeux fermés. Nous ne manquerons pas de faire de la pub. Un excellent rapport qualité prix. Une très belle découverte. Merci encore. Un séjour que nous n'oublierons pas❤

Zuwenig Stauräume für Klamotten
Keine Deutschsprachigen Fernsehsender.

Cons:

Schrank sollte in mit wenigstens einem Einlagebrett versehen werden.
Deutschsprachige Programme wären wünschenswert
Kopfkissen waren sehr unbequem (hart)
Hatte drei Tage lang richtige Nackenschmerzen.
Kein Balkon und die Zimmer zur Hauptstraße waren sehr laut.

Angenehmes Hotel, ideal zum Spazierengehen am See
Pros:

Lage des Hotels ca 1 min zu Fuß vom See entfernt, schöner Pool auf dem Sonnendach, super Frühstücksbuffet, sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption und im Speisesaal, Fahrradverleih im Haus, etwas teuer aber praktisch, Zimmer zweckmäßig, etwas klein aber reicht, Bad mit Dusche und Bidet, parken kostenlos an der Straße bis zum 1. April, danach mit Parkschein, Restaurants mind 10 min zu Fuß entfernt, Altstadt ca 4 km entfernt zu Fuß an der Promenade entlang

Parken ab April mit Parkschein vor dem Hotel und in Seitenstraßen, sitzen im Zimmer nur auf dem Bett da etwas klein und kein Stuhl reinpasst, wenig Ablage für Kleidung, Schrank hat innen keine Regalbretter
