SUPERBE SEJOUR
Pros:

L'hôtel est au bout du site historique. Depuis notre balcon, la vue sur le lac est à couper le souffle. Chaque soir, le coucher du soleil nous offre un spectacle différent.

L'accueil de tout personnel est à relever. (surtout à notre chien Doudou ;) )

Le p'tit Déj est copieux et varié.

Nous sommes venus en voiture et le personnel s'est occupé de l'enregistrement en zone ZTL ( merci à eux pour le suivi des échanges de messages.

Colazione buona, varia e assortita.
Zona piscina ben tenuta e piacevole.
Staff molto gentile e preparato, menzione speciale per Manuel sempre disponibile e veloce,
vi consiglio di assaggiare qualche suo cocktail a bordo piscina!

Leider enttäuschend

Die Lage ist ein Traum. Ab vom Trubel in der Altstadt. Schöner Blick über den See

Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Wird einem auf der Webseite leider anders vermittelt. Ich weiß nicht wie diese positiven Bewertungen zustande kommen. Ja, die Lage ist super und das Personal ist zum Teil sehr bemüht und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Bar schließt um 22.00 uhr . Der Außen Bereich ist sehr lieblos. Der Garten hingegen sehr gepflegt. Die Liegen am Pool zum Teil neu , auf dem rest möchte man sich nicht wirklich legen , geschweige in den Pool gehen. Die alten Zimmer würde ich keinem empfehlen. Die renovierten Zimmer sind nett gemacht, werden aber zu wenig gepflegt. Gardinen zerrissen, Teppich sehr fleckig , Schimmel im Bad. Sehr viele hunde , was ich mit Teppichböden im zimner sehr schwierigfinde . Parken am Hotel ist eine Katastrophe, da viel zuwenig Parkplätze vorhanden sind . Sie sind zu klein für neue Autos. Dafür wird aber mit 20 Euro am tag fleißig abkassiert.Zum Frühstück gibt es um 8.30 Uhr kaltes Rührei, kalte Pancaks. Die Auswahl an Gebäck und Kuchen ist sehr reichhaltig.
Es gibt in der Lage weiter Hotels , die unerheblich mehr kosten , die gut angelegt sind wenn man ein schönen Aufenthalt haben möchte.

Pros:

The swimming pool was very nice, peaceful and surrounded by trees. Breakfast was also good, tables outside have a lake view.

Cons:

The shower drains very slowly so shower is in a flooded tray. There was only one chair on the balcony, even though it’s a room for two people. Our room was next to the lift and every time the lift moved, there was a loud noise which made lie in in the morning a bit challenging.

Pros:

L emplacement et le petit déjeuner

Cons:

J'avais demandé un grand lit et j'ai eu 2 petits lits très petits et mauvaise surprise nous avons dû payer 3 euros / personne pour les serviettes de piscine alors que nul part il était stipulé un supplément et que les serviettes étaient très petites
