Soggiorno indimenticabile, personale fantastico
Pros:

Il personale è stato gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. L’albergo è molto bello e pulito, la posizione è ottima, vicina al centro storico, inoltre offre un trasporto gratuito agli impianti sciistici, anche in questo caso il personale è stato disponibilissimo anche per gli orari.
La colazione era ottima, per tutti i gusti.
Molto gradita anche la zona relax, con sauna, bagno turco e vasca idromassaggio. Tutto ottimo!

Il parcheggio, l’accoglienza ( ci è stata data la camera giá alle 10 del mattino), stanze e ambienti puliti e posizione centrale.

Non c’è qualcosa in particolare, se proprio bisogna trovare qualcosa solo l’arredo un po’ datato, e anche la zona spa, ma comunque tutto tenuto molto bene

Relax e ospitalità a Bormio
Pros:

Hotel molto curato e accogliente. La posizione è strategica per raggiungere a piedi il centro e le piste. Inoltre, dispone di un parcheggio per gli ospiti che è strategico in quanto,altrimenti, a Bormio è praticamente impossibile parcheggiare.
Anche l’esperienza della colazione è stata molto positiva: ampia scelta della variante dolce e salata, servita dal personale gentilissimo.

The hotel is situated near the city centre and not far from ski slopes (a hotel bus shuttle available). It offers very friendly and pleasant atmosphere, rooms are clean and cosy, the personnel is very friendly, willing and accommodating

Piacevole anche grazie alla posizione dell'albergo vicino al centro e all'ampio parcheggio

Tutto bene. Gentile lo staff che ha anche provveduto a prenotare le terme presso le quali ho ottenuto lo sconto grazie alla convenzione dell'albergo.

Soggiorno perfetto, personale e servizi perfetti. Colazione abbondante e variegata. Possibilità di usufruire gratuitamente dell'area benessere interna, ovviamente piccola ma adeguata per un breve passaggio. Presenti sale relax e biliardo per passare anche la serata. Veramente complimenti!
