Es war ein angenehmer Aufenthalt ,aber ich bin nicht ganz überzeugt gewesen.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Zimmer immer sauber.
Ich fand den Pool und den Garten sehr ansprechend:)

Cons:

Der Pool könnte länger geöffnet haben und das Frühstück hatte zwar viel Auswahl , doch die Qualität hätte besser sein können.

Colazione imperiale, c'è di tutto, ottime le torte ed i lievitati fatti in casa, tanta scelta per i vegani.
2 drink alcolici di benvenuto e venerdì sera apericena vegetariano offerto agli ospiti.
Dispenser acqua depurata naturale e frizzante h 24.
Biciclette a disposizione degli ospiti.
Letto comodissimo, camera pulita, bagno funzionale, e tanta tanta cortesia da parte dello staff.
Ci torneremo.

A Gem .
Pros:

Lovely modern hotel, great breakfast and friendly service from all members of staff.
Location is great , 5 minutes to Lake and 15 minutes walking to centre of Riva .
Restaurants and shopping close by .

Cons:

Limited parking for cars probably holds around 25 at a guess .
As I try to use public transport as much as possible it wasn't a problem for me .

Sehr überteuerter Aufenthalt in sehr guter Ausgangslage in Riva.
Pros:

Das Hotel war sehr gut gelegen.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist veraltet und bedürfte dringend einer Regulierung. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hat nicht gestimmt. Das Frühstück war reichlich, die Liegen am Pool haben nicht gereicht für all die Menschen, die gerne den Pool genutzt hätten.

Pros:

Das Personal war super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit.
Wasser konnte man immer gratis auffüllen und das Frühstück war hervorragend Obstsalat wurde mit frischen Obst zubereitet usw.
Wir werden nächstes Jahr wieder buchen.

Goed hotel op loopafstand van het centrum.
Pros:

Ontbijt zeer uitgebreid en goed. Personeel zeer vriendelijk. Locatie op loopafstand van het centrum.

Cons:

Onvoldoende parkeergelegenheid bij het hotel. Wel op 10 minuten lopen een parkeerplaats, waar het hotel ontheffing voor heeft.

Een klein rustgevend hotel, waar je echt tot rust kunt komen.
Pros:

De mensen waren ontzettend vriendelijk, zowel bij de receptie als in de ontbijtzaal! Verrassend waren de twee avonden waarop we in het hotel konden eten, zonder (extra) kosten.

Cons:

De kamers waren prima en netjes verzorgd. Een upgrade/ moderniseren zou niet verkeerd zijn, maar absoluut niet noodzakelijk!
