Der Preisunterschied zwischen Zimmer und Suite ist nicht gerechtfertigt. Unser Zimmer war sehr klein. Keine Möglichkeit 2 Koffer zu stellen. Sehr sehr kleines Bad. Die Suite kostet nur etwas mehr und hat ein sehr großes Bad und Toilette extra. Und richtig viel Platz. Ich würde nur die Suite buchen.

Service und Küche waren hervorragend. Wir werden es weiterempfehlen.
Wir haben Wanderungen in der Umgebung gemacht. Das Hotel hat Mappen mit Tourenvorschläge aufliegen. Das ist auch ein toller Service.

L’estetica della struttura, la cura del dettaglio e lo staff sempre disponibile e attento alle necessitá dell’ospite. Le aree comuni sono sempre mantenute sempre pulite e accoglienti durate tutta la giornata.

Pros:

Das Personal im gesamten Hotel ist sehr freundlich und bemüht. Glücklicherweise haben wir ein Zimmer-Upgrade bekommen, was unseren Aufenthalt zusätzlich aufgewertet hat. Das Essen, insbesondere abends, war hervorragend. Ein besonderes Lob will ich Michele von der Rezeption aussprechen, der sehr offen und freundlich mit den Gästen umgeht.

Ein Wohlfühloase mit familärem Charakter, ein sehr gutes Hotel!

Das Hotel Rudolf ist ein familiengeführtes Hotel, was man an etlichen Gelegenheiten merkt. Es gibt für alle Vorlieben, auch den schlechten (Raucher) ein Plätzchen um den Aufenthalt genießen zu können. Die Mitarbeiter, inclusive des Chefs sind alle sehr zuvorkommend und liebenswert. Es macht einfach Freude sich dort aufzuhalten. Also, für meine Frau und mich, war es zu jeder Zeit angenehm und wohlfühlend. Wenn wir wieder in diese Gegend kommmen, wissen wir wo wir nächtigen.

Cons:

Das WLAN war etwas zu gering in der Abstrahlung. Ich hätte mir das etwas stärker gewünscht. Inhouse ok, etwas außerhalb, nicht mehr ganz so gut.

Wonderful staff. Cannot praise them enough for their kindness, attention to detail, for going the extra mile with a smile always. They made our stay very special.

Great breakfast buffet. Every morning they made pancakes for our children. Fresh juice. Excellent croissants. Many many choices between savoury and sweet.

Excellent dinner, with beautifully presented plates. Perfect service. Not too slow / not too quick either.

Relaxing area after a morning of activities. Beautiful garden and outdoor pool. Wide variety of outdoor and indoor spa facilities (perfect mix of kids friendly and adult only).

Amazing kids club which our children enjoyed very much. A big thank you to the two girls who entertained them (and with a huge smile always) so that we, the adults, could relax.

Perfect location close to many bike paths and hiking trails. Within 1 hour or so drive in every direction from all major Dolomites attractions (tre cime, lago di Braies, etc) - just the perfect and central location.
