Great customer service but the hotel needs some renovation.

Great location, lousy hotel.
Pros:

The restaurant was nice and the food was good for dinner. The breakfast was lousy. Instant coffee, rubber bacon swimming in grease, cold pancakes.

Cons:

The floor was dirty. There were pubic hairs on the sheets. The toilet seat was broken. the chair at the desk was collapsing in the center. The tub surround was ridiculously high, making it dangerous to step in and out. The sink drain was broken and the faucets in the sink and shower were old and corroded. Carpet in the hall was disgusting.

Pros:

Hotel perfetto per viaggi di lavoro. Camere comode e confortevoli, bagno grande e attrezzato, passi in avanti verso soluzioni alternative alla plastica. Ho usufruito anche del ristorante che offre un buon rapporto qualità prezzo.
Staff cortese e disponibile.
Consigliato se non si ha esigenza di stare vicino al centro. La fermata della metro è comunque vicina e a poche fermate da Roma Termini.

Cons:

Nel ristorante proporrei più alternative vegetariane o vegane e più frutta nel già ricco buffet della colazione.
Suggerimenti basati solo sui miei gusti personali.
