Pros:

Ci vado da 4 anni e mi trovo molto bene, ho notato che è stato recentemente ristrutturato.
Posizione vicino alla metro San Paolo e ottimo parcheggio per le auto.

We stayed for 4 nights. The staff is friendly and the hotel is clean, but the management of technical issues was terrible:
​Broken phone: Reported on the second day to request missing towels. We were promised a replacement, but it never happened.
​Broken shower: No action was taken despite our reporting it.
​Broken AC and a sleepless night: On our last night, the air conditioning stopped working. Due to the heat, we had to keep our room door open, leaving us unable to sleep both from the heat and the fear that someone might walk in. At 6:30 AM, reception offered no solution whatsoever.
​Being friendly isn't enough when basic services and customer support are missing.

I can recommend the hotel , but if you like the tea the way I do , it might be a problem
Pros:

I liked that it was clean there , the view from the window , breakfast , nice staff , nice location

Cons:

No kettle , no glasses , no tea in the room . And the fridge was super small .
