Pros:

La struttura è vicinissima alla stazione, e quindi alla metropolitana. L'accettazione è aperta e presidiata 24 ore su 24.

Cons:

L'ascensore è antico, forse ha cento anni. Se le porte non sono chiuse bene, si blocca. Se la camera sta al quinto piano, come nel mio caso, e qualche altro ospite non chiude la porta accuratamente, come mi è successo, bisogna farsi cinque piani a piedi.

Pros:

Locatia este foarte buna, poate ca este singurul lucru pozitiv de remarcat, in afara de amabilitatea receptionerilor. La nici 4 minute de mers pe jos de la gara Termini, de unde poti lua mijloace de transport in orice directie doresti, cu un supermagazin foarte bun (il Castoro) la cateva minute de mers pe jos si cu alte cateva magazine alimentare in apropiere, multe restaurante in jur si cam atat despre lucrurile pozitive.

Cons:

1. Micul dejun - acelasi in fiecare zi compus din oua fierte, cremvursti reci de la supermarket, musli si cornuri.
2. Camerele vechi, neingrijite. Am primit o camera la etajul 5 unde nu ajungea apa calda, dupa insistente ni s-a schimbat camera la etajul 1, dar aici nu aveam frigider, desi platisem. Ni s-a adus un frigider dar a fost conectat la o priza comuna care nu functiona atunci cand paraseam camera.
3. Aspect general de neingrijit, vechi, ponosit
4. Desi pe booking.com am rezervat la Hotel Dina, denumirea afisata pe strada era alta, cu 2 stele si nu 3.
In concluzie foarte multe lucruri de nedorit care ma fac sa sfatuiesc pe oricine sa evite acest hotel, daca nu este de acord sa gaseasca aspectele notate.

No recomiendo.
Pros:

La ubicación cercana a la terminal de trenes.

Cons:

Pésimo el desayuno, pésimo el asensor antiguo para solo 2 personas y muy lento.
No había agua caliente ni andaban las luces, luego lo repararon.

Pros:

It’s very central, close to Termini station, and there are a lot of transport facilities around.
The room was clean and the AC worked really good, the room is small but if you go to Rome you probably will not stay too much in the hotel.
The reception staff was really kind and welcoming.

Cons:

My shower did not have hot water. It was really hot so I took 2 showers with cold water, but I only stayed for one night so I didn’t really go to complain.

La stanza aveva un odore strano. Il personale era antipatico. Non ho capito il motivo per il quale prima di uscire bisognasse consegnare le chiavi della stanza a loro.
