Beaux jardins mais petite piscine
Pros:

L’environnement très arboré.
Le petit déjeuner

Cons:

Je trouve que le rapport qualité -prix n’est pas ok.
Chambre très grande mais dans la salle de bains on doit balader le gel douche partout : pas de savon au lavabo. Très peu de produits et pas d’endroits pour les poser.
Terrasse super avec vue sur la montagne mais pas d’étendoir à linge et pas possibilité de prendre un café ou une infusion sur la terrasse ( pas de cafetière ni de bouilloire ).
Pas de banc où poser sa valise pour la vider.
Piscine toute petite face à un parc aquatique bruyant.
Bref un très bel hôtel avec du potentiel mais qui ne correspond pas au prix payé ni à ses 4*

Pros:

Veel groen, het ziet er erg gezellig uit. Ook de aankleding van het restaurant is goed gedaan.
Het personeel is heel erg aardig en behulpzaam, dat hebben wij zeer gewaardeerd, niets was teveel.

Cons:

Er is een waterpark direct naast het hotel. Nu hoeft dat geen probleem te zijn, maar de hele dag stond daar harde muziek op. In het weekend sloot het park om 19.00u, dus dan werd het pas rustig.

Beautiful green location with great staff. Very overpriced and not worth the money.
Pros:

Super beautiful location full of greenery and located in an convenient area in the north of the island. All the nice towns and beaches are within a radius of about <20 minutes.
The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I specifically want to thank Mariya, Florence and Frederica for their incredible service during our stay. They really made our days!
The breakfast is nothing extremely special but definitely delicious with enough options for everyone to choose. I don’t know how accessible it is to people with a special diet, like vegans. But we definitely had enough to choose from.

Lunch and dinner options were very delicious! Honestly super delicious food compared to other restaurants/prices in the area. The restaurant area is nice and has a nice ambiance. Again, also really great service.

Cons:

When I booked the hotel I had the idea that it was super tranquil and luxurious. However when we arrived we noticed it was located right next to a waterpark. We knew before booking, the waterpark was nearby, but not like this. The waterpark used to belong to the hotel and is literally adjacent to the property. There’s continuous super loud music during the day. We have younger kids and are used to noise, so for us during the day that wasn’t the biggest problem. But I think that it should definitely be mentioned more clearly since it definitely disturbs the peace and luxury of the property.
During the night there’s a nightclub nearby that plays extremely loud music until 4am-ish. Even with earplugs me and my husband woke up multiple times a night and had super bad sleep during our stay.

There’s no proper working WiFi which I think is really not ok for a hotel of this price range.

The shower didn’t have a constant temperature. Sometimes at night there would be no warm water. And then sometimes the shower during the day would suddenly become boiling hot when left on the same setting.

There’s very few things in the room that I think belong in a star hotel. Like an iron. I did contact the property before to ask if there was a place to iron and wash our clothing. When I arrived I saw a price list in our room which literally blew my mind. €10 per ironed item. €20 to wash a single dress. €6.50 for a small carton of still water. Don’t get me wrong I love luxury and I’m a well traveled person. But these prices don’t belong to a hotel like this. Because it’s definitely not a luxury hotel. The rooms are a bit dated and don’t have a premium feel. We booked a 3-person bedroom which was very small with a bed located right under a huge tv and WiFi routers. I think that’s very unsafe cause the tv is mounted on the wall and there’s a risk of falling on the person sleeping under it. No proper space to put our luggage etc. No space in the shower to store the toiletries or soap.

Sou uma pessoa que valoriza imenso os comentários e por isso gostaria apenas de explicar que se trata de um hotel de 4 estrelas, com um serviço de 6.
Incrivelmente recebidas, desde a equipa, até a própria gerente, da marcação do pesseio de barco, à reserva de mais uma noite, daria 6 estrelas.
O espaço e quartos foram renovados, a piscina é maravilhosa e o hotel é lindo, com casinhas de pedra e jardins mediterrâneos.

An excellent choice for anyone looking to explore the beauty of Porto Cervo and Baja Sardinia.
Pros:

The location is absolutely perfect; it puts you within easy reach of all the popular destinations and stunning beaches in Porto Cervo and Baja Sardinia, including Le Terrazze Ritual, Phi Beach, and the marina, which is ideal for boat tours. Our room was not only super clean but featured beautiful views that really elevated our stay. The hotel grounds are lovely, surrounded by vibrant flowers, and the pool area offers a wonderful, relaxing atmosphere.

A huge highlight was the exceptional staff. We want to specifically recognize Mariya at the reception, who went above and beyond for us; in fact, we specifically chose to return to this hotel this year because of the excellent experience we had with her during our visit last year. Additionally, Flor at the restaurant provided outstanding service and truly took great care of us throughout our meals.

Cons:

Nothing—everything was perfect.

Staff are amazing we were well looked after by the team at la jacia.
Pros:

It’s was a beautiful hotel. Staff were amazing. So friendly and helpful. Flo (hope I’ve spelt her name correctly) at breakfast was superb. Reception couldn’t have done more to make our stay perfect. Beach close in walking distance.

Cons:

Only drawback is the water park. Kind of ruins the quiet and view. But music was through the day when at the pool- no different to what you would hear at an all inclusive. Small issue given the nice hotel.

An exceptional stay with outstanding hospitality that made our honeymoon truly unforgettable.
Pros:

Everything! The hotel exceeded our expectations. The rooms were beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, and the location was perfect for exploring the Costa Smeralda.

What truly made our stay exceptional, however, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. Their warmth and professionalism made our honeymoon even more special.

We would happily stay here again and highly recommend La Jacia to anyone visiting Sardinia.

Felt like faux luxury and a money grab. €30 euro one way for a shuttle to town that was a 5 min drive away. Crazy food snack and water prices for things not high quality. Just felt like it was created for rich tourist but lacked character or realness
