La atención en recepción por Paola y en el desayuno por Cristian, un excelente servicio al cliente. Las habitaciones amplias, cómodas y modernas. El desayuno completo.

Un poco los alrededores de noche pero su ubicación es buena, cerca de la estación, el centro y el puerto.

Все на высший бал. Месторасположение, чистый, современный отель. Холодильник не работал, тут же починили. На этаже кулер с холодной водой. Нужен был кипяток, давали чайничек с горячей водой в любое время. В Генуе второй раз. Этот отель намного больше понравился, чем предыдущий. Если еще раз приедем, то обязательно сюда.

La ubicación del hotel es perfecta, cerca de las estaciones de tren y de bus. El hotel estaba muy limpio y era muy cómodo. Lo recomiendo.

Budget hotel not so nice location
Pros:

Cleaning ok, room ok

Cons:

We were without water for about 6 hours, not being able to shower or use toilet, hotel didn`t compensate us for that. Location is not great, didn`t feel so safe..
